| Damn, Golisopod's Emergency Exit biting Guzma in the butt and losing Scizor in one hit. Definitely wasn't expecting that to happen cause it gave Ash a huuuuge advantage now. But y'know, despite Ash being in the lead right now, I predict he's gonna lose next episode. If he was gonna fight Guzma in the Finals instead of Semifinals, I would have expected Ash to win to let Torracat fight Royal Mask's Incineroar for character progression purposes (even though 1000+ episodes of Pokemon dictate that Ash will never win a League). The writers must have something planned, I'm assuming once Guzma wins the League, since XY&Z's League had the huge event after their League. Meltan is hinting at evolving but with Ash using Pikachu in the preview for next episode he's not gonna evolve during the battle, so I think Ash still has at least one more real big battle (post-League) before the Galar region season starts. Or it just ends up being something silly like Melmetal vs Bewear or something like that to give Team Rocket freedom from her motherly love so they can go to Galar too. Or I'm just horribly overthinking this lol. |

| The Emergency Exit scene is definitely going down as a one of the most memorable battle moments, from any league. Love the way it was represented. The post-credits scene was funny too. |

| I liked that both Kaki and Gladio were doing their best to face Satoshi in the final, but kind of hate that they didn't even consider Guzma. Bakugames did his best too, but he couldn't defeat Silvady, and Kaki lost. I was really bummed, but at least Gladio exhaled in relief after he won so Kaki did give him trouble, and I also loved their little talk after the battle. Now it's Guzma against Satoshi, and Nyaheat shouldn't even be able to touch Gusokumusha, but somehow he made enough damage that it triggered his ability and now Hassam is already out of the picture. I guess the writers might still make Satoshi lose to Gladio to keep the tradition alive, but his battles are being harder than usual to take. |

It dipped back into the monster ball. Hassam got beat. Tsuzuku. Gusokumusha used Crisis Prevention because it felt like it was in danger? lol at dat Gladio pose. Dat rap. | at the start of the league i felt really bad i read some spoilers (in accident though) and so i didn't felt that the battles that good, but i really loved how kiawei battle ended. and so ash's battle vs guzma were really good, though i really loved 6v6 battles in previous leagues, it's feeling as they are trying to make more action, but at least it's good :D |

| Lmao audience getting first degree burns from that Inferno Overdrive x) That was certainly an interesting event, Scizor suddenly coming back and getting one shot. We already saw Golisopod having trouble and not feeling the fight so it retreated lol. |
