| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The story and the narrative was very good, the black and white themed animation wasn't bad. He sure was badass near the end with that dragon wishing thingy, by summoning a dragon horse, an army and becoming a general to that huge army of his. He sure drove those invaders out of the castle, was able to save the nation and have a happily ever after with the princess. Such a good folktale, 6/10. |

| Impressive animation and a charming folktale. I watched it with Gabor Szabo - Dreams playing in the background since it's a silent film. The musick worked perfectly. The track even ends when the film does. |
