Also again this history book is once again, suggesting this happened far post WW2, but again that's just not realistic when it comes to population. I already pointed out in my comment on last episode why so I'm not gonna go over all that again I just hope they give an answer to that plot hole. Damn surreptitious advertising, who'd have thought Pizza Hut would be so traitorous lol. 8:19 and again here's why I was against him killing his brother as a bad strategic move but also from this perspective he's doing exactly what his dad wants, he's killing the losers, even if he wins and kills all his siblings his dad would literally just be proud "thanks for living exactly according to my ideals" I know I compared him to a mix of Batman and Darth Vader before but it's exactly that "Become the thing you swore to destroy".
He's not quite either Batman has the Christian morals and ethics which he uses here to oppose the Survival of the fittest idea. (Life has inherent value, all life/souls are equal aka the Christian revolution in the roman empire Ideals) But he doesn't go quite as far as Batman, he doesn't fully know why he believes that all life should have value he just does.
But he doesn't go as far as Anakin either, he doesn't go the route of "I simply need to become so powerful that no one else that is weak who I care about dies" Well he does kind of go in that direction also but not as extreme because he doesn't see those weaker than him as inferior as much as Anakin/Vader did.
He's just kind of lost in between, he's not an "Atheist" (by which I mean morals and ethics purely based on nature/survival of the fittest etc.), but he doesn't go either of the two other ways fully either he doesn't really have Batman's Ethics and Morals which are classically at least pretty much just Christian Morals and Ethics nor does he go as far as Anakin and basically decide that "I have to become God".
I still like him though just pointing that out, there's no problem with him "talking the christian talk, but still killing. That's just two sides of the same coin his friend being the other somewhat more naive but "true good" side of that coin. It's just that he doesn't quite seem to realize he's playing into his Father's or "Evil's hand' which again is a lot like Anakin who didn't realize that either until ROTJ (way too late).
Anyway here we go again I guess another small scale genocide or mass murder. Damn this time they actually showed the children get shot didn't think they did that last time just did it with audio. Anyway I feel like Green Hair, is right something is about to go wrong it's not gonna go smoothly. Also damn green hair saying it's in his blood is crazy XD.
Damn I know that's the strategic move but you didn't have to sacrifice a terrorist there, you could have just brainwashed a Britannia soldier or even left it empty. And as expected it's going wrong, not following orders, even being as rash to surrender only to get shot. I'd say "what can you expect" but at the same time it's his own fault as well it's not like he treated them like anything else than pawns, they have very little motive for loyalty.
It feels like this man had his brain nerfed man, even if he didn't see this coming he could have at least had a brainwashed pilot of the mech/knightmare with him to show their face in his place. Green Hair girl is 100% right for roasting him there lol, it was predictable what she would do but still 100% saved his dumb ass. |
