So far the best one was the graffiti artist. As soon as the propaganda graffiti was shown, I was blown away. I personally felt the anger and distaste he had for the NPPA. Not to mention how good the overall arc was especially when the mother made the father and grandfather realize what their son was doing

Same. Graffiti artist was my personal favourite, I even bought an actual volume. It hits too close to home because I'm an artist myself.

I loved the graffiti one the most but I really loved the street racer one and the first one with the bullied kid realizing how pointless his grudge was

The last two arcs were by far the best. Volume 10 was very well done. Before that though, it would definitely have to be the arc with the man who's father worked for the broadcasting company. That's really when everything started to come together.
