I think this show has one of the worst childish fanbase ever...

I enjoy this show.
The problem is, I've tried to watch/hear on youtube some osts (that I think are awesome) and in the comments it's a fucking hell of spoilers. In every single video. Few with the spoiler tag, many more without the spoiler tag. But there isn't a single SnK OST video without hundreds of spoiler about what it's going to happen next. It's incredible, I've never seen something like that, and I usually always take my time to watch anime osts on youtube, but I've never seen so many spoiler about the original source as it's happening under SnK videos. I'm so pissed off.

Honestly it is frustrating, even for someone who has followed the manga, to see so many others in the fanbase who love to spoil one of your favorite series.
But that's also because SnK has one of the largest fanbases, and a 4 year wait between seasons 1 and 2, plus an additional 2 years for season 3 means that by now, every other person is now a manga reader.

If you hate something, ignore it. I'm a fan of this series and I don't care if the fanbase is shit, cause every fanbase has that. There's no point in complaining about it here for it won't change anything.

Okay, at first when I read the title I was in complete disagreement. But then reading the reasoning I have to agree with you 100%. Like I watched this video about "Anime where ________ happens" or whatever. And then someone in the comments was like oh but what about AOT _______ happened too. And everyone was like "that's in the manga it's not in the anime."

And even like if I'm reading manga from the beginning online and scroll down to the end of the chapter, the first comment is a spoiler for the final season material...

Like I've had AOT spoiled the most out of every show I've seen. And I finished Naruto with only one spoiler (that I can only blame on myself for) and I'm halfway through One Piece and haven't ran into any spoilers. Like these two are some of the longest anime and because they're so long you're more likely to run into spoilers. Yet I still haven't.

First of all you need to scroll down inorder to view the comments. Considering that you have seen so many spoilers in the comments clearly indicates that you are peeking into the comment section on you own accord even after acknowledging the existence of heavy spoilers therein . Perhaps your are incompetent in curbing your curiousity. I don't blame you for your restlessness and I'm aware how even a single piece of info can spoil and affect the experience. Deeming the fanbase childish for your own lacks is not the appropriate way. Its not the fanbase's fault because every other anime has similar fandom. It's less prevlant in other shows because of the difference in story type and amount of things which could be considered as spoiler. I believe this goes without saying but refrain from lurking in the YouTube comment section until the final season is complete.
