The opening already hinted at, that a disaster might occur,but the earthquake still caught me off guard. Ibuya couldn't keep promise,this got to be a record. |

| That earthquake definitely put a wrench into the plans of, well, anyone. It's hard to call it lucky, but at least for those western doctors it probably was. And seeing Manjirou break his promise so quickly was definitely a surprise. His instincts to protect were just too strong. I wonder if he'll give up on her now. His honor should compell him to do. |

| Honestly didn't expect the earthquake to happen with the whole assasination on Ryousen plan going on. Too bad Manjirou broke his promise with Oseki so quickly even if it was in order to protect the innocent civilians. |
