| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- That's a pretty dangerous mission. I mean, when pirates join in the trouble, you know the Kotobuki corps' mission becomes much more dangerous especially when they hijack an airship. Oh and I think that gunfight was kinda dope. This might of been one of their most dangerous missions yet so far in the series. (and all for a rare fish!) |

| Intense episode this time with the zeppelin getting hijacked. And it was nice to learn a few new things about the crew who all seem to be very good at throwing things at people. Especially Miki who seems to have some secrets. Anyway they where saved in the end tho with some losses. |
| Another great episode with even more higher stakes. Fish seems more valuable than gold, makes sense cause it's been 100% land. Dammmmnnn Johnny, this dude dodging bullets quicker than Quicksilver. Seriously this is the most underrated show this season, why aren't people watching this, the 3D even is leaps better than most shows. |

| I enjoyed this episode a lot, though the CG of characters looked a bit squishy at times Johnny in this episode is like someone said, 'you know what we need in this anime? Gun fu' lol When Kyrie realizes she doesn't know what's she's fighting for - I think this anime is Third Aerial Girls Squad I wonder if Julia is the one behind all these highly organized raids, since she seems to be Isao's enemy. |
| I enjoyed the episode. It sure looks like Kyrie is starting to look for a purpose in life other than pancakes. Though, I gotta admit pancakes aren’t a bad reason to live. |
| this time they get boarded.. and a big surprise, their bartender is actually badass with guns!! Looks like he could have killed all those pirates if he wanted to. xD Kylie seems troubled when she realize she seems to have no important reason to be flying? |
| I think I'm in love with Ririko now lol. That bartender really pulled off some RWBY moves. The dodo bird is useful! Now I know why Loulou has kept the First Officer on her payroll. |

| Pretty cool the Reona funds of orphanage out of some of her pay. This was a pretty interesting episode having their ship be raided like that. I feel they could have made something like this more epic scale with a two parter. Still cool. My suspension of disbelief was challenged with that Johnny gun scheme, but I think the rule of cool wins out here. If Kirie actually does start to get all existential on "why she flies" this really will be that show from Shirobako lol. |
| Oh! An Arowana fish! those are pretty damn expensive! Johnny pro mercenary is bad ass Equilibrium christian bale level of avoiding bullets with ease and style! 5/5. |

| I really enjoyed this episode but johnnys character design looked so stiff and robotic, it really looked like the animators put minimal effort into him, some more natural expressions would have been nice. The gunfight with him was just far too cheesy, I really wish that they'd made it more cool/ dramatic instead of having him dance around, would have been nice to see it more quick draw/ true grit style gun play. All things aside, its shows like this that make me really excited about the future of cgi anime. |

| Intense episode with this Robbery episode. The highlight is Johnny. He's seriously badass. |

| I open a parenthesis: if it were not because I like the protagonists and for the quite engaging aerial fights, I would have abandoned this anime series; but since I am a professional (I admit it, I am modest. XD), what I start always brings to an end. Closed this parenthesis, the episode is valid for aerial combat and for the comic parts during the narration, the rest is not very convincing, except for the part of the episode in which the narrative dwells on the character of Kylie. |

| I thought they can't bring more nice action scenes, but this episode proves me wrong. Its good to see something new. Like, hey, that sky pirates succeeded to hijack that big ballon, and is it over? No! The squadron got its back, a big comeback! Maybe its too exaggerated, because they are ... girl? I don't usually blame the gender, but, this episode still bring me weird hype. Your typical shoujo show, good girl won over bad guy. Yet, this piracy proves me more cliche served it so fast. However let me make another side. I get another scenes. Rather only focusing to the aerial combat, wh don't we add something fresh? Here we get the land battle fight scenes, using Johnny as an ex mercenary army to be shined. I shocked with this shit. Might be served as an asspull. But what else to lead the satisfaction on to the action genres? A matrix reference battle action is the solution. This show bring me more surprised over and over. Once more, Kotobuki squadron won, its obvious. Yet, the direction get smoothly, their animation still bad compounding that 3D and 2D mixed in one, a bad decision appeared. Lets see how the story goes. It seems next episode comes to random again. Well, whatever, then. |
