Here is a discussion session wherein we could talk about the ong-factor of the accurateness of the character design Hataraku Saibou has to offer. We can discuss the irl-cells-look-like easter eggs that were revealed like how RBC's hat resembles the actual Erythrocyte and how they accurately portrayed Staphylococcus Aureus and the such.

About Staphylococcus Aureus, everyone has already knew about this. Staphylococcus kinda means grape shaped. Because Staphylococcus Aureus forms a grape-like colony. Aureus means yellow or gold because the bacteria irl really has a yellow-gold pigment.

There has been said that the Streptococcus Pneumoniae in Episode 1 is actually a Gram Positive bacteria which is why he's purple. Gram Positive bacteria under the microscope, is purple. Gram Negative is pink. Gram Positive bacterium has stronger cell walls. I said cell walls because bacterias don't have cell membrane but rather cell walls.

People has probably noticed this but Dendritic cell lives in a tree-house like place right? Yeah, cause Dendritic kinda means tree. Its cause Dendritic cells irl according to scientists, looks like a tree. Hence if u look closer, Dendritic cell's hat badge sort of looks like the actual cell. Oh, and he has little leafy stems on his hat too for more emphasis

A doctor said to me once that Eosinophil in Cells at work's uniform is pink because under the microscope, she's pink. And Basophil is blue.
