The IAHD keeps a massive collection of weapons ranging from anti-personal firearms to targeters for Orbital Strikes. This armory is not exclusive to IAHD personnel, though members get discounts. Anyone can come and buy a plasma rifle or laser pistol. Just no heavy ordinance... Usually.

Aiden poked his head into the armory, "Hello?", he walked into the armory. Looking around, he whistled at the weapons at display while waiting for someone to greet him. He looked at the weapons, admiring their detail...and prices.. "Damn.".

Once he got greeted, he would exchange appropriate manners, either responding to their handshake by shaking their hand firmly, but gently or slightly bowing his head. "My name is Aiden Stormguard! Nice to meet you, (sir/madam/anything else)", when they ask him what he needed from here or similar, he would explain his situation to them! "I'm on a mission and was told to get a radiation shield from the armory."

The one he was pointed to seemed to distribute equipment instead of arms. It was also quite an interesting sight. The creature had no face, and was glowing rather brightly. In fact, he was behind was appeared to be a... sun shield? There was a camera pointed at its head and a device it was pointing to. its face seemed to shimmer in patterns, and the device printed text on the screen. It displayed what looked to be a greeting from the creature.

"Radiation shield? Ah, that mission. I see. Seeing as the Xoul are technically a cousin to my own species, i had another piece of gear prepared for this mission if you are interested?" Meanwhile, the Plasmoid grabbed a device obviously meant to be strapped to the chest like a harness, with a terminal on the front. That was probably the radiation shield.

Current Equipment Radiation Shield?

Aiden was met by a creature without a face. That wasnt the only distinctive feature. There was also the bright glow, a camera pointed at it's head. Being behind a.. what appeared to be a sun shield. His "face" shimmered in patterns and it pointed to a device. This device printed text on the screen, showing Aiden what the creature wanted to say.

It first asked, presumably didn't understand Aiden's explanation instantly, about the radiation shield, but quickly realised what Aiden meant. He also mentioned that he had another piece of gear prepared for the mission, asking if Aiden was interested in it. "Sure, what is it?", he didn't mind. If it was something that would help him clear the mission, he'd gladly take the creature's offer. It seemed that the reason for the offer was because the Xoul were technically cousins to it's species.

The creature was grabbing a device which seemed to be the radiation shield and once handed to Aiden, he would take it and express his gratitude "Thanks!, as he equipped it. He would do the same for the other piece of gear.

At each word, a wire that went into its wrist buzzed with what looked like intense amounts of electricity. Was that translating for you as well? It put the Shield in front of a sliding door and prepared five devices. They looked like they latched onto surfaces.

"Attach one to the furthest side of a building in each cardinal direction, then use this device here within the square defined by the four markers. It will generate a field of energy capable of freezing the firing mechanisms of most ballistic and plasma firearms. This should lessen the risk by a very large amount."

He sits the devices at the window and opened this sliding door at the bottom of the window. You could see why the sunshield is there when a beam of intense green light began beaming against the wall. It wasnt hurting you, but likelyhood is, that staring directly into it would blind you instantly. Thankfully you are safe. He pushed the gear through and shut the window.

Current Equipment Radiation Shield, Strange Devices

The Plasmoid seemed to be preparing some more stuff, but this time they weren't exactly gear for him to wear. As the Plasmoid explained how to use these devices, as well as what they did, Aiden finished putting on the Radiation Shield. An intense light came when the Plasmoid opened the sliding door at the bottom of the window. Aiden wasn't stupid, he squinted his eyes and tried to not look directly into the light, while still being able to accurately grab the devices that the Plasmoid had offered him. "So, I basically place this on the building they're in and most firearms become useless?", he wasn't stupid, but nobody mentioned anything about being smart either.

If this worked like he thought it would, it would increase his chance at success immensely, especially since he didnt use any firearms. Well, or it could just suppress the Xoul's worst case scenario..

"Well, this would be very helpful.", Aiden smiled, he might be able to clear this on his own after all. Although he would really like some help, this is an urgent mission. And what kind of IAHD agent would he be if he couldn't save one life? Well, multiple lives actually, seeing as the Xoul's death would also mean death of many in Karn. "Before I go, I didn't catch your name! I'll probably be coming over a lot from now on, so might as well get familiar with each other.", Aiden asked. After the Plasmoid answered him, he would just say, "Alrighty then, see you around, [name if applicable]!", and leave the building. He hoped to have a blast on his first mission, well. Not really. That would mean he failed the mission...

They are called a CEFGR array. And yes, thats exactly what they do. I dont have anymore of those, so dont break it." The screen spat out its words, and the creature nodded.

The plasmaform then pointed to the array of equipment behind him. Everything he had were technological gadgets. Among other things, was a deep-diving suit, a hardlight shield, a grappling gun, and something that looks similar to an old MAVERICK. There is a tactical helmet, a sonar scanner, deployable laser grids, and even a hoverboard. "My name is Phosphate, would you like to purchase anything else? Pick one and Ill name the starting bid~" Though quickly it became apparent that Aiden had no money. He nodded and then watched Aiden leave. Dissapointed in the lack of sales today.

After providing the doctor with the information needed and having his wounds properly treated, while also taking (if possible) another dose of the antidote for Jack, Victor rushed to his next destination.
Once at the armory, Victor would look for a person in charge of providing the goods in here. After locating said individual, he went straight to talking business once he got close. "Hello, I'm in the middle of a mission for the IAHD, and I need some supplies. Could you please give me a chain of around 10 meters, capable of resisting the strength required to take down a big tree. Something very noisy and of preference mobile, capable of withstanding a couple of hits from defilers. And an explosive capable of making a good dent on the ground... Oh, and if you know a way I can get a ride to Dakton, that would be good too." If at any moment Victor happened to need to identify himself or proving being part of the mission, he would oblige... Despite how little he liked here.

The person that was at a desk meant for directions was a trinocular, amphibious looking creature. it only ever had two eyes open at a time, as they all blinked in a linear pattern. It had five tusks on the bottom of its chin, and a beak below it. its nose was pretty large and it didnt have a mouth on its face. It spoke, and its voice was higher pitched. It may have been female. "For CQC weapons and weapon components, see ARMA-17, and for technological gadgets you would see Phosphate. ARMA-17 is BF2 vendor six. Phosphate is BF1 Vendor two. If you require anything above civilian grade weapons, ammunition, you will need IAHD clearance for BF3-BF5. What you request is a grade higher than regulated Explosive, we can supply Concussion Charges, for which you will need to see Amalatain. BF2 Vendor seven." They handed you a map on a brochure, and let you find them. The stairs were behind him.

Phosphate was first, due to being the closest, seeing you stop at the stall, the faceless, white, glowing sillhoute made of light waved and pointed to a black screen. Text appeared.
I am a Hellium Based Lifeform made of suspended and sentient gas. I cannot produce sound. My name is Phosphate, how may I be of service to you. :) I can hear you by the way.

Not paying much particular attention to the oddity of the guide, as he was used to such sights, Neito had even more particular people after all. Victor walked over to where the brochure instructed first. Once again, Victor would cut to the chase, "Hi. I'm pretty much looking for defiler bait. Something loud and mobile to "herd" a bunch of 'em... Oh, and if you have something than can dig a hole fast, that would be great."
After quickly reviewing the options with Phosphate, Victor would pick the item(s) that seemed more appropriate for the job and paid for it. Victor continued his quest, dropping a quick "thanks" the vendor's way as he rushed away.
Once at the second destination, the approach Victor took was the same as with the first vendor. "Hi. I'm looking for a resistant chain, of around ten meters or so. Strong enough to resist pulling a big tree off the ground." if Phosphorus had nothing that could help Victor making a hole on the ground, he would add "...And if you have something I can use to make a hole in the ground fast, I'll be taking some of that too."

Phosphate seemed silent for a minute before more words seemed to appear on a screen.
A simple Speaker would Suffice. And as for the hole... how fast?

Phosphate was able to provide you with a cheap speaker for free due to the mission, and but was unable to provide a explosive or device capable of rapid excavation for a cheap price.

If you need an excavator, I would suggest a MAVERIC Harvest Module. Depending on the size you may need multiple. However MAVERIC Technology is not cheap, and acquiring it on your Mission will severely impact the amount of compensation you receive. But it will instantly digitize all non-organic matter in its radius.

Victor nodded as if assimilating what Phosphate just said. "Hm. Gotcha... As for the hole, I was looking for a pit of.. Dunno, 20, maybe 25 meters deep? It's fine if you take some money from my reward... Also, you said digitize, so I could use the dirt I took later?" While he was talking, Victor would take the items and pocket them.
Once he confirmed his purchase, Victor would thank Phosphate and rush to ARMA-17. He would ask for the respective items he needed here immediatly. "Hello. I'm looking for a chain of around 10 meters with a hook. Capable of resisting pulling a big tree... Oh, and assault rifle with a suppressor. The caliber doesn't matter, it's for defilers anyway."

For that I would recommend a couple of Modular MAVERIC devices. Simply attach them to eachother and position them in the shape of the area you want cleared. After that the devices will fill with flux. The devices can re-map the matter onto the ground, or you could sell the flux for extra lumin. It will detract 600 Lumin from your reward. Are you certain.

If he agreed, he gave him the MAVERIC devices and gave a short tutorial on how to use on a video screen. If not, nothing else would happen.
((Subtract 600 from Victors tracker post, even if it goes negative. That way I cant forget to do it myself when the mission is marked as complete. ))

ARMA-17 is a black automaton with a heavily modified and rather pointy chassis. The whole appearance is edgy but suits an arms dealer of his demeanor. He listens, pauses as if thinking, and then looks down. He has no synthetic human modifications. Which is wierd because most Automaton Chassis are manufactured with them. He appears to have had them removed. He pulls out a pretty bulky looking gun. It has a long barrel and a nice-looking stock. "Medium-Long Range Assault Weapon. Her name is Axel. He then rummages through some drawers and pulls out a box. "Weapons-grade polyfibrous steel chain. Its basically a spare part in case a chain-sword or flail breaks, but it will likely serve your purpose. Together thats 300 Lumin. He waited for you to tell him how you were paying. Once you said mission, he gave you the weapons. "Keep it concealed in the city. Hold on, I have a rifle holster. For free." He rummaged around and grabbed a small device that looks infinitely more advanced than the gun. But it looks like it fits into a spot on the Axel. "Portable Factory unit. Takes it appart when you dont need it. Assembly has been cut down to five seconds so have it ready before you need it. Anything else?"

Status: Focused, albeit curious

Victor almost stopped for a moment when he saw ARMA-17, he had a pretty peculiar design after all. But Victor had no time to feed his curiosity right now, so design, manufacture and maintenance questions would have to be postponed indefinitely. Instead, Víctor was at the ready to receive the requested equipment, which didn't take long.
Víctor took a moment to give a look at the weapon, before returning his focus to the arms dealer in order to answer his question "Just deduct it from the pay of the mission I'm in" he answered, without really thinking how much he was going to end up earning at this rate. The automaton managed to be more of the liking of Victor, as he gifted him a really complex "holster", which compressed the weapon to a pocket size once it was put in position. Victor took a few moments to examine the awesome device as ARMA-17 told him its name. "Continental tech sure is impressive..."
After his examination, Victor strapped the device to his waist tight and took the box with the chain, which he just quickly checked, as it was not as interesting as the gun or its "holster". He did say to the dealer "Some ammo, if it's not loaded. If it is, that would be all. Thank you." as he took said ammo before heading for the exit, where his bike was already waiting for him, as he called it with anticipation and I totally absolutely definitely didn't forget to add that earlier
