Like way bad, disappointingly so =( Well according to one site it was nod to the "Night On The Galactic Railroad" (based on Kenjis book) that also featured cat people. They did the same thing with the adaption of Guskou Budori. |
| I'm sure I would have appreciated it more if I was familiar with Kenji Miyazawa's work and life but it was a fairly interesting biographical sketch regardless. Some pretty good imagery in places and I think it effectively presented Kenji as a person who cared deeply about how he lived his life. I also have to say I loved the song that opened and closed the film. |
| The truth is, this is the first time hearing of this Kenji fella and I must he lived an interesting life and sad at the same time. 7/10. |
