| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION THREAD. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, this would be the first discussion thread of Hannin no Hanzawa-san, I get the spin-off of a series that's not very popular outside of Japan wouldn't attract much attention on discussion boards, but I want to give it a try nonetheless. -- If you haven't read Hannin no Hanzawa-san yet, please give it a try, it's worth it (and between you and me, it's the superior spin-off). As always with Hannin no Hanzawa-san, this chapter is sprinkled with references and easter eggs here and there, from cameo appearances to insider jokes about useless Detective Conan gadgets, the comedy this spin-off packs is honestly on point. So, this chapter picks up yet again with Hanzawa-san trying to adjust to life in the big city while trying to find a place to stay; a chance encounter with a familiar face (familiar to Detective Conan readers) leads Hanzawa-san down a path that seems most fitting and comforting for them, the promise of fears removed, new friends introduced, it all seems to put Hanzawa-san's mind at ease... for now... but how long will this last before they come upon something that threatens their comfort? Feel free to discuss or what have you. :D |

| And the real estate agent? You telling me he's not the least bit fazed by the fact the guy he just dreamed of killing suddenly turns up dead the following day? Well, perhaps taking Hanbayashi's previous comments on the agent into consideration would help explain why he's not moved by that but still, this is the same guy who's afraid of living alone in an apartment where a murder took place, I find it hard to believe he wouldn't freak out over it. lol |
