If there are any doubts or mistakes about/in what I wrote, feel free to ask/point out. After watching the last episode of Uchi no Maid I began to realize that the anime was more like maid dragon than I imagined. Both have: Super powerful maids using their strength to force their "masters" to go somewhere Maids invading the place where "their masters" work An narcissistic child Children learning about "winning" and acception Maids learning about personal space (kind of) being implemented in very similar ways. I do not want to discredit Uchi Maid, even because I believe he is overcoming his predecessor in some ways, but wanted to ask if you also do think that this anime is one of the beginning of a wave of similar ones trying to profit from the popularity of a kyoto show ? Just like there was an rise of Idols after Love Live or, IDK, isekai ? Would you like that to happen ? Deep in my heart, although I love these shows, I would not want to see their rise as something perceptible, to avoid the comunity mixing good anime with lessers ones, making it difficult to recommend or support the ones I like the more. |

Are there other cases of animes focused on this same dynamics? I just never heard of it and when I looked, I did not find anything more recent than 2010. |
