Manga author Shin Kibayashi will write two new works under his pen name Tadashi Agi next year. The titles will be serialized next winter and spring.

Kibayashi's most iconic work Kami no Shizuku ran in Kodansha's Morning magazine between November 2004 and June 2014. The series is recognized in France, where it was featured in the renowned wine magazine La Revue du vin de France in 2010. A sequel is currently publishing and has 14 volumes in print as of October 23.

Kibayashi also wrote Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo: File Series with Youzaburou Kanari from 1992-1997 in Weekly Shounen Magazine that spanned over 27 volumes. Toei Animation adapted the manga into a 148-episode TV anime, two movies, and several special episodes. The sequel manga that ran from 2004-2011 was adapted into a new show in 2014 that had two seasons.
