| I feel this guy’s pain so much reading this. I’m currently an assistant manager where I work (attempting to step down) and this is my life. The major changes to the work without the needed staff and the “find a way to make it work” orders that come from higher ups who don’t want to face reality...even the mass hiring and constant turnover that he’s dealing with mirrors my current work experience. Don’t ever let someone tell you that managers or supervisors have it easy. Finding quality associates to employ and then keeping them at your company is the hardest thing to do these days since there are so fewer people willing to “WORK.” |
| So basically, that bastard used him to train staff for his new position, then took off together with them and left his old company hanging and burdened with his insane project. Explains that ominous "We would do well in any call centre now." from one of the new guys as well. |
