Isshin really is an interesting character yet he's just destined to die early. :(

Also, Yakumo's reaction to the album was kinda sad..

Still Yakumo's father is a mystery.

One of the best episodes of the series if not the best. Very well written and touching with Ishii's conversation with the wheelchair bound girl and Yakumo getting to see physical evidence that his mother loved and cherished him.

Hopefully the series will be this good for the last couple of episodes.

Damn I really really liked Isshin T_T
^Figures this show would take one of the few characters who's likeable and interesting & try to kill them off. T_T

Thinking that Yakumo's dad was just a spirit scares me
Never thought that a spirit can really affect people to that extent

The photo album part was really sad T^T

Fuck. You go to the hospital with a simple headache and they give you 6 months to live. That's too cruel and sad.

Isshin is one of the stronger parts of the show, if there really is one.
I was upset to hear about his status :/

If Yakumo's father turns out to actually be a spirit, I won't know how to feel about it. I believe it'd raise a hell of a lot more questions about the ghosts and spirits in this show, amongst other questions that are already unanswered.

Isshin is ill and gonna, unfortunately, pass away in about a year. Such a shame. I'd feel pretty bad for Nao the most when he does pass away.

This looks interesting. I wonder if that little girl is the doctor's daughter, but I can see where this is going. I still don't understand what powers Yakumo's father has, he never did anything supernatural. How did he get those eyes and why did he kidnap Yakumo's mother? Was it just to have a son with his powers? But how did it come to that.

Now to see how this evolves.

Come on man, where is that Noragami season 3 masterpiece. We want it, Bones!

The dialogue in the character interactions in this anime is rich, intelligent and it implores the viewer to give it some consideration, even if it doesn't reflect your own perspective exactly. It's much more competently handled than the drama, let alone the action sequences; with a return to the a slower pace this episode, it only reaffirms that opinion.

I wonder if not telling Nao about Isshin's condition was the correct decision here. Perhaps he thinks his incoming death would weigh more heavily on her mind while he's still alive than it will after his passing.
