Ah even the OP song for this show is relaxing lol

Looks like the twin tailed girl came to the place. I still find her personality a bit too timid though. I wonder if this show will have the same formula every week. I think it's very relaxing but the story feels a bit tedious at the moment.

The simple meals and drinks they offer looks neat so far at least.

Just as amazing as episode 1. They also find the right humour in this show, the faces while the girl was drinking the tea were hilarious.

The catharsis at the end was great, had me emotional.

This continues to be my favourite non-sequel of the season easy.

The OP is pretty good. Got to see a bit of backstory for Kyousui. He knows how to make some really good tea. The girl was nice. She didn't want her grandfather to close his tea shop because she likes it so much. The grandfather was impressed by Kyousui's tea.

I'm really liking this show so far... It's not quite as enjoyable as, say, Isekai Shokudou, but still relaxing and fun nonetheless. Also, grandpa here reminded me of both the grandfather from 3-gatsu and whatever the exact opposite of the grandfather from 3-gatsu would be, lol.

Good episode, better than the previous one in my opinion. At least, I found it more interesting to me.

Making tea is genuinely an art for these traditional places. It's kind of inspiring to see how much effort and dedication they put during the preparation itself and about how important is to convey an specific feeling to the costumer. It truly makes me want to visit some of these places at some point in the future.

This show is so comfy~

Tea seems so hard to make, it seems like a lot of love is put into it! I've never made tea before! The only teas I really drink are chilled ones.

The man at the ending scene after the credits seemed kind of like an antagonist, seems scary~!

Shes ADORABLE... and so shy. But shes got the God Tongue for teas thanks to her upbringing. Anyway, this is it. This is the anime I will be enjoying the most with a nice hot cup of coffee in the morning.

I... didn't like this episode. Same flaws the first one had magnified to a level that this time took my enjoyment away.

This series is facing a few problems to set the right iyashikei mood so far. It applies some sort of absurd logic to its execution that, in order to get a relaxed and soothing tone, you need to tone down everything. The jokes and the reactions are oddly timed, like they are too slow to fit the moment, the voices are often too low and lack emphasis, I mean, the old man in this episode had to sound angry or enraged or something? Because that was kind of hilarious.

You don't need to artificially slow and tone down things to create an iyashikei atmosphere. And till this fundamental is understood by the show I'm afraid I'm going to keep having issues with its execution.

Oh, it is about tea after all. Hope it'll continue that way. There are a lot of shows about food but not much about tea, it would be great if they delve into specifics or just introduced different kids of tea. But anyway I like the relaxed atmosphere and this cat is sure cute! The characters aren't very memorable though.

REALLY liking this show. The first episode was a little too slow for me, but this one was much less boring for me. The voice acting is well done, in my opinion, and the ending scene got me interested in the next episode.

Tea bags are NOT cheaper by the ounce and most of them are filled with the fannings, which are lower quality. The Grandpa is right to be mad at these filthy casuals.
