This season she's always making snide remarks at him and seems a bit jealous of how protective Houh-nee is of MC. Maybe she's a Tsundere?

No. One thing I like about this series is that the world doesn't revolve around the MC, neither do the women.

No. One thing I like about this series is that the world doesn't revolve around the MC, neither do the women.

Well i mean ...Houh-nee's whole reason why she's staying around is because of MC. She's been watching over him since he was a kid and now is practically his bodyguard willing to bury anyone for him lol. It's not romantic but her world kinda does revolve around MC now

I wouldn't put it that way. Houhou stays around because she wants to find out about her identity and her family, and was told by Soran's grandpa that her only hope of success is to stick around with Soran, because their fate are intertwined.
It's true that Houhou looks after Soran. Soran also looks after Houhou. What I meant is that there is no harem-ish situation in this.
