Basically, if you live outside Japan, you can't watch it on Netflix until the show finishes airing in Japan. In this case, not until the end of the Spring anime season, which should be around June.

For your information it was never Netflix originals to begin it
Netflix licenses it they have no rights in making it yet claiming everything as their own

How many Netflix series are simulcasted? I don't know myself, though anime (and every series in general) usually debut with every episode or about half of it. Little Witch debuted with 12 eps and 13 eps shortly followed. Same with Fate/Apocrypha or other Netflix originals like Devilman Crybaby and CastleVania which debuted as full series. Obtained shows like Your Lie In April released after the series ended. Series generally release on Netflix after their full airing.
Just as reference, Signs of Holy War arrived on Netflix about five months after it ended.

violet evergarden is simulcasted tho so I wonder what their general view on simulcasting is

This season is also a Netflix Original but just like every other anime (with the exception of Violet Evergarden), it's not going to be simulcast and instead will be released after the show finishes airing.

Yeah this always bothered me. I remember the first time i saw it, i was like "netflix makes anime?".

TBH, anything that says 'x Original' is 99% bullshit.
The Walking Dead being an AMC Original for instance. Not original because it's based on comics. AMC didn't come up with it.

Netflix is just more convenient. Only reason to pay for any streaming services is convenience.
I don't care about it enough to watch as it's airing. I'm just gonna wait until the whole season is out.
