| http://www.vampire-knight.jp/ I'm just wondering what is everyone's opinion on the character designs for our three leading characters in the anime. I think they got Kaname's look down the best, I don't see much complaints there. Zero looks to be decent, my only complaint is that he doesn't look emo enough, haha (this is meant as a joke... sort of). Yuuki's too thin I think? Her neck's really long because of her how thin she is, that with the big eyes (well she's female and they always have bigger eyes but I don't know, it sort of stands out a lot in the promotion picture). I'm sort of nitpicking here. Obviously the VK character designs are pretty good no matter how you look at it. It could have been worse, like poor ol' Special A. *still crying over how bad the character designs are for that* |

| I don't know anything about Vampire Knight, but from judging from the character designs and looking at a few manga drawings of them, I think they look pretty good. Although, I have to admit, the very first thought that popped into my mind when I saw the name and characters was "Zomibie Loan." Vampire Knight looks interesting. I might have to look into it when I get the chance. |
| VK is thankfully a million times better then the trash of an anime I thought Zombie Loan was (note that I haven't read ZL's manga so I won't comment on Peach Pit's work for that). Unless VK anime turns out to be terrible also, which can happen quite easily actually. VK and ZL has absolutely nothing in common though. Thankfully. |

| I remember seeing this a couple of days ago. Kaname looks most like how I imagined, but something about Zero looks different. I think it might be the eyes. Same thing for Yuuki, I just feel like something's off. Maybe the shape of her head? Oh well it's not bad, and the uniforms look pretty amazing. I'm so excited.. |

But if what you're saying about Vampire Knight is true, then I'm definitely going to be have put it on my "To watch" and "To read" list. |
| I honestly like the designs quite a bit. Yuki's head looks a bit big for her body, but it's overall very well done. Kaname looks epic (which is ironic, since he's my least favorite of the three...). :D |

| The design is good enough, should be glad it doesn't change as much as some anime adaptations do from the manga. Yuki looks the best, but Zero and Kaname just look strange when compared to how they look in the manga. But like I said, good enough. |
| Yuki looks great, almost exactly like in the manga with smoother features. Kaname looks good too. But Zero is just bad. The face is way too thin or slanted or something but it just doesn't look right. Maybe because it's a sideview. Hopefully, he'll look better in the anime when moving. |

| Heh. Might look worse. Promo pictures are normally better then the actual animation (obviously, since they have to attract viewers). Let's hope VK has a good budget behind it. |
| The 3 main characters look pretty good to me. Yuuki's arms and neck are a little too thin, and Zero looks...not emo enough? Ha, I'm nitpicking like Crystal. I only read 2 volumes of the manga before I got distracted with some other titles, so I'm going to be watching the anime before I get back to the manga. |

| Well I can't say they're badly design but to be honest I don't really like the style. To "shoujo-ist" for my tastes (yeah I know it's adapted fom a shoujo manga =P). Like vindemon64 I was also reminded of Zombie Loan. I hope that was just a bad deja vu, and this series turns out to be something worth watching. |

| Hmm there's something different about Zero.. Still I <3 him. Just like everyone said Yuki's head a bit too big XD and Kaname I guess he's ok (although he looks better in manga) and about others.. from the first glance Akatsuki looks hot (I expected that ^^) and Ichijou looks like I thought he would. Same about Idou. |

| i think the charcter designs are beautiful, but i think Zero and Kaname look a bit to big for Yuuki, like the height and the body size |

| They're pretty good...They don't look as great as the manga...especially Zeros design, Kaname looks a closer to the manga. Overall they're pretty good! |

| Honestly, Zero in manga is more handsome than Zero in anime. But Kaname's design is really good. I like his hair. Yuuki is okay but i don't like her eyes. |
