Anyone have any info on this? I saw the fight scene in episode 2 and it reminded me of tekken, if this is any similar, is it worth the watch(i dont mind that its full 3D)? I haven't seen anything fist to fist in a long time so I'm looking for something similar.
Also when will it be approved?

It's decent, if cheesy. Episodes are pretty short, so it's not a big time commitment. You can watch it on Youtube, on SNK's channel.

The animation is not the greatest, and keep in mind it was dubbed from Chinese, but it adapts the story almost perfectly and you should watch it, you can watch it for free on Steam and on SNK's YT channel

This, except that it doesn't really adapt the story almost perfectly, and instead is going it's own direction (with glaring examples like the character of Angelina and Geese/Rugal working together.) however, despite this, it is still following the logic of the Orochi Saga in the games at least, I can confirm KOF 94-96 so far.

The facial models are arguably the worst part of it's animation, and if you're a long time fan of the game/characters, you won't like how the faces are portrayed (some of the most controversial ones have been King, Robert, and Terry) that, and it's biggest flaw are that the episodes are not all equal in length and are very short.

It's got a sick Opening/Ending theme and some of the concepts are nice though.

It should've a different ending from the game, specially since they intend to give main characters besides Kyo more importance towards the whole saga.

Visuals are the main weakness of the series. Models are somewhat on the level of KoF 14 game (which is bad, specially considering it's an animation, not a game), but animation is even worse, I'd put them even below the game.

Story is a bit of mixed bag. Since they wanted to throw everything together without making a whole arc for Fatal Fury (and it's 1v1 KoF format) and another for Art of Fighting, they put Geese as the public face of the tournament with Rugal in the shadows. Terry still hadn't tried his revenge against Geese, there's no Yuri kidnapping/Mr.Big/Ryo vs Mr. Karate etc
But since they wanted to begin from Kyo's first tournament, it's a decent adaptation. Unless you want to nitpick or compare too much to the games' stories, there's nothing to complain on this, specially since they try to maintain each characters' personalities in place.

The audio portion is where it really shines. They kept japanese voice actors for the japanese/steam version and they do a good job while keeping true to the game. Music in KoF series always have been a strong point, and since they bring them from the games, it's a great addition.

If you are a fan of KoF or want to know the lore and can turn a blind eye to the bad graphics, it's worth it.

My complains about this series is the comedy and some characters personalities. Also some boring scenes. Maybe can be decent in future episodes.
BANZAI NIPPON. Nippon is the Land of freedom. Nippon is the Land of Peace. Nippon is the Land of Justice and Prosperity.

In Nippon, we trust.

We love Nippon, we love Anime. Anime love us, Nippon love us. 日本

well this comedy style is delibarate. To give classic anime and arcade games vibe.

If you look on franchises like Tekken, King of fighters.

Although we have realistic looking characters (well most of them at least) they all take part in very goofish gags, that do not match their characters at all. It has always been like this with franchises like that. So for me here humor is for +
because it really well represent the style

It was really good. It's like the mixture of anime and CG game. And speaking of which, what if there's an English dub of King of Fighters Destiny series?

It's better then I thought, actually. While I don't like some of the model faces, and some characters are made comedic then they should be, it's a good adaptation of a overall tied story. Shame it's a bit too short.

Since I really love the characters, I hope one day we will have an full episodes anime.
