This episode has the least misunderstanding. . . so far so good. Double Date, This one just bring misunderstanding. lel. Afterwards it become Group Date. Uehara is really our MVP here! lol. Amano. . . you're still dense but too kind af. *A little misunderstands bring big problems. F A C T *Still, Uehara is the only person who understand the situation, lol. *5/5 Great episode so far! |

It was actually a good episode, barring aside any misunderstandings for once. Amano x Aguri really look like an ideal couple. And dammit author showed the chance whilst fully knowing that it can't be progressed any further T_T Gotta feel bad for Chiaki. We all know she won't be the end girl for sure. Be the anime or LN :( Also, animation was horrible this episode. |

suzuya_mitsuko said: Man... Amano is nice, but really insensitive. The typical of people that live only for the moment. I mean, you're with your girlfriend, for corn sake! At least give her a concern first, anything! As long you make her understand the situation. But no, this girl that have a dick sister need a help, best for me to leave my GF without saying anything. Sigh... What the heck that two sisters doing?! Dick move! I don't really mind they interfere or why they don't confess already, but doing things on dirty and sly way just will make the sisters regret, if they really thinking about it, but no, they don't . I hate this two even more now. Too many bad trait disguised as cute innocent human. The really goodhearted people here is Tasuku, even he decided to support Chiaki, he never done any dick move (but when he does, it's for the good of all people) to hinder Tendou's goal because he know how painful it is. Best bro after Brotoyama from Tsurezure Children. Well... It was OK, painful, but OK. This could be more enjoyable if Amano develop some sense and that dick sisters goes in competitive way. MonoJuMal said: This episode was kind of meh for me. I know most like Chiaki with Amano, but I don't. She may have feelings for him, but her and her sister are being unfair to Tendou and Amano. You don't do that kind of stuff to your friends. She may have more in common with Amano, but that doesn't mean she's the right one for him. Aguri is the best girl here though. Her relationship with Amano is the best part of the show. 100% agree. Edit mine to include this and I love you. I love you too :D I agree with you as well. Amano may not have much experience here, so I'm willing to give him a slight pass, but I hate what the show is doing with Tendou. They've built up Chiaki to be a viable part of this triangle, but they've decreased what we've seen of Tendou to the point that she doesn't even get a proper date with her boyfriend. And even worse, she's shown more as a comedic love struck person while Chiaki gets proper development. |

I'm also on the Amano x Aguri ship just like you and @IcecreamDrew because their chemistry definitely works best than when they're with their own partner. Sadly the anime went original from the point at Kizuna Dungeon as this should've happened: That Amano and Aguri accidentally hugged and kissed each other, thinking that the other is their own partner, in front of everyone. Apparently, there was supposed to be a scene in the dungeon where they can't see anything and mistaken the partner they're paired up with. Well, at the end of the day, Amano had his first kiss with Aguri, so I'd still call that a win. Even if they're not going to be together for reasons like "main heroine" always win in romance. But instead we got some non-misunderstanding moments and everything is kind of fine and dandy in episode 11. So I guess the anime is going to do anime original ending next episode, so that they don't have to add more misunderstanding plot above to confuse the anime viewers further. And so that they can wrap up this anime in a season without having to do another season. |

Good episode, the anime advances in a complex way as it has always done, gives plot turns that aren't necessary but still it's entertaining to watch. 4/5 This couple is the best in the anime, I love their relationship since they presented their story of how they started a relationship in the first episodes. |

WHAT THE HELL'S UP WITH THIS HEARTWARMING ENDING?!!!! and the fact that it came out of nowhere. After the episode struggled all through the second half to pull a somber tone, it just somehow effortlessly does that?! I REFUSE! to accept it. still, unless somehow the finale can somehow top that last scene, which i don't think it will (due to status quo and what not) , this will be getting a 7 from me. though if the anime had another cour, maybe it could have gotten better... till next week then! |

Yeah, Chiaki really out of character here, well.. she pushed around by thay dick sister but she's not even that reluctant, considering they are in the same circle of friends. While I'm agree that Aguri is best girl, I think Tendou is more fitting for him. They have mutual interest and really try to make each other love them, clearly that the chemistry. Okay, maybe I'm too harsh, I don't know how the exact scene really is, but if it's only dark, they still can identify each other by voice, no? I hope eps 12 really well and satisfying. There were rules inside the dark dungeon that you'd be blindfolded and uses ear plugs (basically it's a soundproof place) going through the dungeon in a random pairing. It's a feature of the dungeon to improve the bonds between people within a scary situation like that hence the name Kizuna dungeon (or "bond" dungeon in English). Uehara apparently knew there was a cheat code that the pair is color coded and told Tendou about it while Konoha heard about it and decided to ruin Tendou's chance with Amano, but what they didn't know is that the cheat code doesn't work when there's 6 people. So they entered the pairing like this: Uehara x Konoha, Tendou x Chiaki, and Amano x Aguri. Then the misunderstanding ensues inside the dungeon as Uehara thought he was with Amano, while Tendou also thought she was with Amano, then Chiaki also thought she was with Amano, Konoha thought that she had ruined Tendou's chance and took her place being with Amano, and Amano thought he was with Tendou while Aguri thought she was with Uehara. In the dark dungeon, Konoha kept on being "flirtatious" with Uehara because she thought he was "Amano", while Uehara thought that "Amano" is gay for him. Then Tendou was flirting with "Amano" and Chiaki was rather blushing heavily because she thought "Amano" was being nice with her and they were holding onto each other. But at the end of the dungeon, Amano and Aguri both struggled in their mind on what to do in this "bonding" situation and each thought to kiss their partner to improve their relationship, but little did they know, they accidentally kissed each other in front of everyone else. This is what essentially Gamers! is in the light novel. Misunderstanding after misunderstanding and not something like how episode 11 ended with everything is fine. Which is probably why next episode will be an original ending to keep everything solved and happy without the need of season 2 because this would've made one hell of a cliffhanger. And people actually loved how volume 5 went because there were even more setups before this if you read it as a whole and not just from spoilers. In Amazon.co.jp it received a 4.4 out of 5 stars review and so was in Bookwalker. Because fans just can't get enough of how it will all end. It's really a matter of preference really, but if you're already invested 5 volumes into a light novel and loves the misunderstandings, then of course you'd love how volume 5 ends. As it kept you guessing on how the series will go from that point onward with full of surprises and how they will resolve it. |

It's like...I'm not trying to encourage some cucking right now but maybe Amano and Chiaki should be together. It's just like...you don't really understand why Tendou likes Amano aside from their mutual love of gaming. It's like they are thrown together by circumstance so if she's supposed to be the main heroine route...talk about the worst girl the series. The second Chiaki changed her image because she was in love with Uehara, she lost her place in the competition in my opinion. She doesn't even like Amano, you've seen this countless times since the beginning of the show, and even now in this very episode. She's just chasing a fantasy. Absolute worst girl. I'd rather have him end up with the girl who just likes him for some incomprehensible reason. |

Oh man, only one episode left and I don't think we are any closer to a resolution XD The double date was a pretty cute idea, especially seeing how excited Amano and Karen were and then Tasuku and Aguri were completely ambivalent ... I kinda felt Konoha was butting in a bit too much, but she just wants Chiaki to tell Amano huh? Either way kinda sucked for Karen being left alone in the dungeon >_< Ending wasn't too bad as we get some more Tusuku/Aguri and Amano/Karen going on, don't really know where we're gonna go from here for the last episode. May the best couple win :P |

WHAT IS THIS EPISODE?! Yep, this episode was the first that I disliked. The show handled the misunderstanding aspect quite well but the writing in this episode just felt so sloppy and unbelievable. Amano tells Chiaki that Tendou is important to him when he left her in the dungeon without so much as a word. Chiaki faints and he doesn't even bother to contact anybody, let alone telling Tendou what happened. Even in episodes prior, Amano's actions, or lack thereof, doesn't support what he says at all. Goes to pick up, gets interrupted, doesn't even bother to reply, like who does this? While I didn't mind how much Konoha meddled, the problem was how the other characters reacted, or didn't react, to it. Pushing Amano and Chiaki to do a couple things together is fine but don't you think Tendou or anybody would say, Amamo should have been the one to say it, that Amano and Tendou wanted to do things together? He passes her off throughout the entire episode pretty much then at the end we're given the hand holding invitation. That should have been done earlier in the series. Will episode 12 be the finale? I hope not because Aguri and Uehara's misunderstandings didn't even feel satisfying to "end" in this episode. We were shown nothing to convince us that their "problems" are fixed. Bit of a shame, was quite enjoying as the misunderstandings every episode were handled quite well in my opinion but then a rushed ending (potentially) mixed with writing that defies common sense just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. |

I know I'm hardly the first one to point this out but still. Tendou really should have been a lot more furious. Not only did someone show up uninvited to her date and lingered around, which is bad enough in of itself. But then for Konoha to constantly wedge herself between them, in an attempt to hook her Sister up with him. Is just spite in the face level of disrespect. Theirs taking advantage of peoples kindness and then their pissing on it. The author clearly didn't intend to paint it in that light but end of the day its their. |

At the end I thought this series was over now and caught myself breathing a sigh of relief. These past two episodes really tanked my opinion of this show. Spotty animation, durdly do-nothing plot, annoying voice acting picking up intensity, tropey situations and of course the continuing shallow facsimile game references for those with only the most basic of awareness of what a video game is. And it doesn't help that it only has one single fun character, who is a side character no less. I'll finish it but only out of stockholm syndrome and sunk cost. |

Still can't feel any chemistry in Amano x Tendou couple, mainly because Tendo is really weakly written as a character without any real background or defining points, she's just average when compared to every other character of this show. Hoshinomori on the other hand, I ship her hard. Great episode this was. Not so many misunderstandings but it was still nice. |

Looking at the other posts here, and I'm glad I'm not the only one who hated the little sister in this episode. Easily the worst character in the show, really hope she stays out of the finale. Honestly..I'd feel worse now if Chiaki won after all this. Not only would it vindicate her sister's horrible attitude, but Karen would basically be punished for absolutely nothing. Don't hate Chiaki, but I'd be much happier with extra focus on the main two couples. Not that I expect much romance-wise, but I'm curious if Keita's scene a while back about rooting for the underdog will be brought up again. Even though Karen has the girlfriend advantage, she's also the one without anyone rooting for her, and we already know she'll lose her popularity at some point. I guess I'll need to read the light novel to know if this is ever a thing. |

neonie said: I feel like Chikai being in this Anime is really pointless at this point. I actually think it would be better if they just focused on the four that were part of the double date. She's a completely useless character. Also Aguri is best girl, with the best outfits. But Tendou was actually pretty cute this episode, and I wouldn't be totally sad to see Amaono and Tendou's relationship go further. same here, i've been wondering that after she made her whole transformation |

so... what the hell happened with the animation? the screenplay looks like 8-bit: always trying to be innovative but always end up missing the whole vibe. And the visual... no comment. -_- wao look at all the masochists in this thread. you should drop if you don't like it, really. |

Hi, I'm just passing through to show you this image :v |
The question isn't "What anime do you like?" That is merely a list. The question is "Why do you like it?" That tells a story. Your story. |

Well it was a fun episode. I always liked the Amano x Aguri moments. Kinda bummed out Chiaki basically had like a bad end. Hopefully the whole Nobe/Mono stuff gets resolved, like i'd be surprised if the show ends and Chiaki still doesn't tell Amano the truth. Tendou x Amano towards the end was alright. He actually offered to hold hands ~ |

Misunderstanding trope is really thin ice, it can work really well like hilarious episode 6 ending but it can also be the most obnoxious thing ever if it drags on too long This anime is a mix between very funny and just annoying to watch, its safe to conclude by this episode that it doesnt have any real plot or romance or even delve into 'gaming'. It never evolved beyond a slightly funny episodic anime so I'll probably just give it a 7/10, its a shame I could have seen myself giving it a really high score earlier on. |
