| Finally, at last GAME OVER.... Aww... both of them in wedding clothes are really beautiful(Naoto in his wedding coat is handsome and Mikoto in her wedding dress is beautiful), they really fit each other >_<, and those wedding kiss. it seems they overtake miyabe and shiori in term of getting married, and there isn't much change on momo and kei (i wish they can be together tho as fellow love rivals and "rejected partner" XD, they fit each other tbh). What a wonderful journey and beautiful ride. This manga really hooked me up, i usually don't read shoujo with quite long volume like this (i usually read one-shot or 2-5 vol romance shoujo), with an exception of kaichou wa maid sama and few others. One of that really notice me after reading this is the story and character development pace, we can see that it quite slow especially on how they(Naoto & Mikoto) realized their own feeling. But after reading it carefully/slowly i could see the slowness of the pace itself that made this manga wonderful. Amano sensei really done well with filling the gap in the slowness of both MC development, with wonderful friendship moments, and romance conflict for both MC with their each rivals (Kei & Momoka), and with some light comedies. I think personally the slowness of the pace itself that made every chapter really enjoyable and lovely,not only focusing on romance or lovey-dovey thing, it added friendship and parental relationship "things" too. I even talking to myself really often while reading this like "just realized it both of you lol" because of the slowness of their development, but somehow i really enjoyed the slowness itself, because i could see how meaningful every step in building a relationship, especially romantic relationship and considering outside factor like love rivals, family, future and of course the weirdness of both MC. I wish i could see some extras vol/chp that show their marriage life and other characters future life (maybe miyabexshiori or even keixmomo XD). BTW anyone know where i can read extras pages of vol 11 where Mikoto told Naoto her pregnancy, i really want to see it so bad T_T. Well, TBH this one of best romance shoujo that i ever read, absolute 10/10 for me. Thank you Amano-sensei for making this. |

| I think if we were to judge romcoms solely for their couple's strenght, Last Game would have ended a top tier romcom, or shoujo, whatever you want to call it, but as it stands, more than being a masterpiece, it lacked the polish to truly be one of the best ever. Again, I do feel like Yanagi x Kujou moments were some of the best romantic scenes I have read or watched across all the mediums, they are. ReLife was very sucessfull with Chizuru, and Kujou is of a similiar kind to a certain degree... they are just soo cute and merciless sometimes~~ Last Game is full of charm and heart, but I did feel that being a shoujo reflected poorly sometimes, I think it hindered the plot a bit here and there. The plot was focused on our couple, yet while reading there were quite enough moments where I felt that there was zero progression, or that this scene could have been cut and nothing would have been lost... in typical shoujo fanshion, lets call it dumb shoujo logic. Sure things cant be solved fast, what would have been the point otherwise, but I do feel that with a bit better of execution of the plot and character development, the manga had potential to be the reference a pure romance manga, again there are alot of moments that will melt your heart, but outside these there is quite alot to improve, which also means that I would like to see the mangaka doing something similiar but fixing what I think that are the flaws of this manga. The most unique thing about this manga was the game itself and the fact that we are seeing they first meeting from middle school across 10 years till college, an even after college... that is also how you should conclude a series, really lenghtly finall chapter, quite nice, and really that message of Yanagi got me good, that they would be playing the game to maker her happy forever, together, that was the perfect way to end such a series. Yanagi x Kudou going down as one of my favorite ships ever. 8.7/10 = 9 |

| Can't believe we reached this. It really felt like such a long journey, since we started in elementary school with the jerk Naoto lol To think that we'd reach this point. Well, we knew we were, but still, for them... I'm just so happy! Mikoto looks gorgeous in that wedding dress. I'm not even exaggerating, she's possibly one of the most beautiful characters I've seen in a wedding dress in manga and anime. She fits it so well. Mikoto's as sharp as ever with her words, and Naoto doesn't seem to have changed with his antics lol I wonder how he proposed though, since Mikoto won't say anything. I'm glad that there's no opposition from family in this manga. I'm glad that they are all supportive, and that the America thing didn't turn out to be such a big deal. They finally exchanged wedding rings. Damn, they did it. They bloody did it. And the Last Game is finally over. Naoto's proposal-esque statement to keep her fourth finger on her hand open has now finally come true. Mikoto looking happy is such a blessing. When Kei took that photo of her, she was just absolutely shining. I'm so happy for them, but sad that it's all over! Not sure where to comment on for the extras so I'll do it here. I loved the after marriage extra. They finally call each other by their given names! "My wife is so cute." That is such a cute statement ^^ but yes, Naoto, you have such a cute wife. How could Mikoto forget to tell Naoto that they're having a baby lol she never changes. I really want to see their children and their family life though... It's all over. This was enjoyable from beginning to start. I did not have high expectations for this series, but it was beautiful. It was cute and heartwarming and wholesome. I grew to love it so much, but it had me at chapter 3. Beautiful. I'm not sure what score would be good, maybe 8? Maybe 9? I think I'll go with a 9 for now just because of how happy I am with this ending ^^ Congratulations, Naoto, Mikoto, and may you two always be happy and blessed! Edit: Ah, the emptiness has struck several minutes after I finished this post... |

| I legit fucking cried in the last chapter. I'm going to nitpick with the slow ass start in the manga but as it grows the childhood friends became more closer and closer then they kiss kiss fall in love~ 8/10 |
