| Well, it was a generic manhua to begin with... I have read at least 5 of the completely similar manhua.. The closest to it and arguably much better than this is Panlong - if you liked this manhua and didn't read panlong - you will enjoy it even more. It will have the same 'no talent MC becoming overpowered' and 'getting an incredibly strong master who can't really do anything in reality' and even the The main difference would be Panlong being more dark themed, while this one was more of a comedy. Also it won't get axed like this one. Another popular example would be douluo dalu.. which is a huge universe of a series that is better as light novel, but still rather great as manhua. And there are lots more which often get axe'd because the concept is just too overused... The only concept more overused than this one would be the latest hype about the MC from MMO type of enviroment with useless specialization becoming overpowered... Either way, this one was kind of more comedy than a serious manhua, it would be quite enjoyable, similar to fairy tale in that aspect if it could develop somewhere, I suppose. A bit disappointed to see it go, but wasn't too good of a read as well, so might as well leave it at that. 6/10. |

Yeah, a lot of fantasy themed web novel type things tend to get monotonous, as the author loses inspiration. Oh right, forgot to mention; douluo dalu is crap, and so are isekai. Panlong looks boring; though I haven't actually read it. |
