Should anime be sub or dub in every states?

It's either Japanese dub with English sub or other subs, or Japanese dub with no subs. But don't make non-Japanese dubs because that ruins it.

English Sub and Japanese dub, because non-Japanese dub have many problems from censorship, acting and story. Also there are not many non-Japanese dub. So FU non-Japanese dub. I watch English sub and Japanese dub forever.
