| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A good episode with really above-average quality backgrounds. They're just lovely to look at and really give the episode a sense of place. To nitpick way too much; when Jigen is in disguise as a villager, he mentions mountain monkeys which don't of course don't exist in France. Also, it as usual depicts a single nun running a church (kind of) when real nuns aren't like that at all. |

In which, while on the run from Zenigata with stolen cash, Lupin and company encounter a nun. Kept waiting for that Fujiko reveal for the nun, but it never came. How sweet then of Lupin to literally build a new church with his stolen money...willingly or not. ;D  |

| I'm loving the character design in these last few episodes. Lupin was really cruel using a laxative like that though, poor Zenigata. He tried his best, but there are things in this world you can't fight against, even with an iron will. lol And Lupin told Goemon to be ready since Fujiko could try to get away with all the money again, but it would have been way easier to wait her inside the vehicle. lol Welp, it seems that the money is lost to both them and Zenigata now. |
