| Time for Bombs people, this month's anime is Btooom| Let's see how good it is. Rules: - Every month there's an anime we watch and then discuss in that month's topic. - In each topic there's a poll with about five anime to vote for, in order to pick next month's anime (in case of tie, the winner will be coosen randomly between the front runners). - The anime in each monthly poll will be chosen by suggestions in the previous month's topic. - Max of two recommendations per member The anime options will be restricted in the following manner: - A max of 15 episodes (so as to not require too much time) - First seasons only (if there's only one season then that's obviously okay too) - No Hentai - Must be already finished (at least the first season) - If, after aplying the previous rules, there are more than 5 choices, 5 will be choosen randomly among the remaining, and if there are less than 5, i'll choose the ramaining options. |

| Well i droped this somewhere in the middle of the third episode. I wanted to drop it at the end of the first wich was in my honest opinion a big pile of horse shit, but i gave it another shot. the second episode is about the girl the main character meets at the cliffhanger at the end of the first episode, only to have her whole story until the same point and ending on the same cliffhanger (this is not how you write cliffhangers, for that see something like death note or code geass), not to mention having a sexual assault scene (well there were 2 but i'm refering to the one with the fat dude on the island) wich was pretty distasteful (for how to do a scene like this see Remaining Sense of Pain, the 3rd movie of the kara no kyoukai series), and then the bid resolution to a cliffhanger is that the girl runs and the main character hangs out with some random dude and gets some exposition dump. A few more issues: the main character was pretty inconsistent, considering his act of "heroism" on the plane does not match at all the way he's presented when in his home in the first episode (for a good representation of a shut in see welcome to the nhk) And if you want a busty blonde with blue eyes that plays games just wacth haganai because Sena is love Sena is life |
