why can't i add this series?

anyone else having this problem? it says the manga isn't approved, but i'm not sure why. the third chapter just came out and i'd really like to add it to my list to keep track.

It's been almost 3 months. Iirc, 1 or 2 titles of the Kuroneko Kareshi series also took a while to be approved but not this long. :/
