Does this take place immediately after the Shishio Arc or after all 95 episodes?
And is this adapted after the Jinchu Arc from the manga? If not which chapter does the Jinchu Arc start in the manga?

Supposed to be 15 years after the end of the series. He leaves to help with the First Sino Japanese War which happened in 1894 and 1895.
