| Meh, I had actually expected more and this last episode seemed really short compared to the others. Ideally, this should have been episode two, but what can we do? I guess it just means this time stamp is closer to where the game will start. At least now we kind of know a little bit more of Noctis's background, but still not that much. We all initially thought the snake monster killed his dad, but it turns out it wasn't so I'm interested in seeing how he actually died. Anyways, can't wait to play the game! |

| The content of the last episode was obvious, knowing how many boys are in the travelers band. 3/5 Good introduction to the characters of the promoted videogame, showing just enough of the world to make you curious about it.(characters are pretty common though, since they're from a videogame) 6/10 Nothing outstanding, but the task is correctly fulfilled.. edit: the king's aspect looks strange because of its lack of "uniformity" with all the other characters drawings. |

| Yeah it was a nice OVA series, even if it was nothing special and might even feel boring for those who haven't been following/aren't interested in the game. I liked learning about the Noctis's relationship with the other three, as I always interested in character relationship dynamics. Plus, Noctis was cute as a kid :) I almost thought the Kingslaive would show up when King Regis did in the flashback, but I can't remember when they were formed. Or maybe they were on a mission. I love the flashback where Noctis woke up and King Regis was right there, saying that he will protect him. This was an enjoyable 5 episodes~ Looking forward to the game even more, after watching this and Kingslaive. Also really liked the anime character designs, they were so pretty. |
| Nothing groundbreaking, but nice to let us get to know the characters better. The middle episodes were probably better than the first and last. And so the wait continues. Really hoping the game delivers. |

| I was expecting the character development that was done in episodes 2,3 and 4 to could get used a little in this episode, but it's a direct continuation of episode 1. Anyways, I sincerely wish they explore the King's and Noct's relationship with proper care in the game. I got a bit emotional when Noct woke to see his dad beside him. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wouldn't compare it as a standalone anime, since right from the start, it expects to know the somewhat about the characters, and about the setting and the general plot. However, as a side addition to Final Fantasy XV (the game), it's quite good, and I would even say essential, because of the character background. All the best to Square Enix for their game. |
| Well that was pretty cool, The fight scenes were great and I loved how all 4 of them worked together to kill the daemon. Overall, The series did what it set out to do. I liked seeing Noct's relationship with the others and the fight scenes were really cool. I love Noct's blink like ability that lets him move around the battlefield. Looking forward to playing the game if it releases on PC (Please Square Enix! Please!) 7/10 |

| Honestly this was pretty good. I like how much Square is investing in this project with their game, this little backstory OVA project, and the film. Here's hoping the most important piece, the game, delivers. |

| I don't like the face and hair of the hero, it looks like Sasuke. The story is boring and only serves to promote the game. Not with this anime that I will want to buy the game. |

| As promotional material for the game it was okay, it did its job which was to flesh out the backstories of the main characters. Definitely better than Kingsglaive at the very least. |

| This isn't really finished, though. There will be a 6th episode that is supposed to be exclusive to the game's Ultimate Collector's Edition owners, will a new page be made just for it? As for the episode, it was pretty good. The battle got really appealing after Noctis and the gang went in for real, good to see Noct being emotional and the banter between friends at the end was as nice as always. Overall I'll give it a 7.5/10, probably gonna list it as 7. Can't wait for the game. |

| How animation is interesting, how anime series is correct, but lacks of a solid plot...more flashbacks, with a begining of the history that have their ends in a play console...5/10. |
| Last episode was good liked how all 4 took down the angry giant snake women lol. The beheaded part was nicely executed. Now will wait for the game when it comes out on pc :/ |

| This was a nice little time waster, nothing groundbreaking but it does a good job selling the characters for the game. I do have many worries about how well this cast will carry a 50 hour game but so far they are likable enough. |

| Well the anime was made for promotional purposes but I still wished we had full-fledged show. I guess it's an alright prequel for the game as it introduces the fighting boy band on their road-trip and gives some insight about them and their deep bond. 6/10 |

| Finally finished this. I was in the middle of playing the game(THough only Chapter 3 so far). It actually made my connections to the gang much better. Didn't know about Ignis and the dog, but I'm glad we do see them in the game :) The animation kinda feels rough. Noctis looks cute in child, but his teen age is kinda jarring in some cases. I'm glad they animated the first scene from Kingsglaive(or the other way around) and how Lunafreya left herself in order for Regis and Noctis to escape the empire(which is kinda stupid tbh, I'm sure she could have make it with them). Luna definitely looks good in this version. The anime definitely gave me more motivation to finally finish this once and for all. Good stuff. I give it an 8/10. |

| Was really enjoying some of the earlier episodes, showing a new side to the characters of this game, that I have been playing yet IMO this conclusion felt so MID, couldnt feel much, lacked in impact, these ONA needed to be way longer and give us even more of the past for Notc's squad, would have been really a treat... 7.3/10 = 7 |
