Many people said that the Tiger Mask W world is the world that professional wrestling is real, but after I watched it to the latest episode, I begin to think that is this an act? Is this Kayfabe? The action looked intentionally choreograph, even more than the real world professional wrestling, and some stories may not actually happened but fabricated to entertain the audience within Tiger Mask world, like when Tiger the Dark climbing the mountain, there's other character falling down and die. Also remember when twin idols think that the real Gorilla-san is a kind person, they expect his character to be an acting too.

But just so you know I really love this series (fudanshi reason) and will accept it either it's the story or the story within the story. Hope you're not confused with my question.

Of course some matches have acting since there is an audience to entertain and it wouldn't be entertaining if Tiger Mask just would wreck everone within a few moves (since he seems to be a superior fighter when compared to most others).

But I think that even though the wrestlers act to entertain the audience, their fights are still real and after a few flashy moves it al comes down to skill.

I feel like they mainly try to put on a show (realistically they'd be injured head to toe and most of these moves would be stuffed if they don't assist each other, but that aside) however, it's not the case with all the matches (refer to episode 4).

My guess is, in wrestling terms, most of these fighters do it to entertain except the heel ones, they're 'shoot fighters'

I'm aware that even if the match is choreographed, the performers have to have a very good skill and experience or it can be unreal to audience, or worse, some life-threatening accident may happened.

But it's good to know that I'm not the only one who think that most of Tiger Mask W matches are Kayfabe. But in my opinion the only real match is the first match that make Tiger the Dark's father longstayed in hospital, is it?

Wrong. All the GWM matches are real, ESPECIALLY those vs Tiger Mask since they intend to end him.

This series serves as a sequel to the original Tiger Mask series that came out 40 years ago when people were supposed to believe it was real. the original Tiger Mask series was really brutal and since its a sequel, it wants to stay in tune what the prequel paved way for.

The matches are real. And yes, this is because of the concept of "kayfabe".
