It's this scene, where Jitsui looks like Sakamoto.

Sakamoto is so OP, he's in two anime this season at the same time.

Probably he's a highlander so he life long enough to see modern time and not aging

I expected the Wind Agency to get wrecked, but they were defeated beyond account. I enjoyed the second half so much.

That own in the end xD
Just to show them that D Agency > Wind Agency.
Btw in this episode they used a different spy, since i thought they would use always the same one (because it was always the same spy in the first episodes).

So, a new favorite episode of mine. The manner that Yuuki shuts down the leader of the Wind Agency was sassy as f. I'd love to see more episodes like this in the future. It's too sad that the series is about to end really soon. I had fun watching and waiting for all the other episodes. :)

The fact that the Wind Agency got outplayed so hard in the spy game was almost hilarious. Well, the fact that its leader committed suicide proved the incompetence of the organisation as an intelligence agency. Yuuki and his subordinates have a far superior mindset for the task.

So this was basically a pissing contest between the two spying agencies? Pretty pointless if you ask, but at least they made it somewhat entertaining to watch.

Wind Agency tried to turn it into that, doesn't seem like Yuuki or D-Agency gives a shit about anything besides doing their job properly. The army grads are the overly proud ones that need to be the best and only

It was cool to see spy vs spy from the same region these past two episodes instead of rival nations

It seemed so threatening the Wind agencies, however is brutally wiped out by the Agency-D. I was expecting something more compelling, but turns out to be an interesting strategy, despite being a little too telegraphed. As always, the atmosphere is excellent, the same for the drawings, the Color Design and OST, ditto animations.

Lol dog is Churchill.
Nice short arc on grand strategy. Yuuki's ideals are making more sense.
Kiddo looked too familiar, ic Jitsui's back the tiny martial artist.

Dat cane to the head.

LMAO They got owned. You can't spell Wind Agency without D-Agency.

Amazing episode.

An even better episode than the first part, making this 2-parter the best in the show so far (with episodes "Codename: Cerberus" and "City of Temptation" being by far the worst). I fully expected that D-Agency would prevail in their competition with Wind Agency but not that they would completely and spectacularly wipe the floor with them. I mean it wasn't even a "competition" to begin with, so far ahead they were from them from already a year ago..

The Wind Agency head committed suicide (and, along with himself, apparently killed the rest of the Wind Agency..) but even the method, or rather place, of his suicide was explicitly anti-spy. Why on Earth would he commit suicide in the freaking house of his mark, compromising his mission even posthumously, and not have the decency to wait to do it a few hundred meters or so away?

I think this was intended to show that he was't a spy at all, just an amateur pretending to be one (as I wrote in the comment section of the previous episode). We have not yet been shown how Yuuki became such a good spy but I am quite certain he was educated abroad (UK?) and thus sees things from a different perspective.
