| Even though I'm not reading the manga, the synopsis gives off an A-1 vibe. They've already adapted a couple of magical fantasy shounen (Nanatsu no Taizai, Magi) so I could see them getting their hands on this one too. Honestly, I'd just be fine with anyone who isn't Pierrot or Toei. |

If A-1 adapts it, they might do what they did with Nanatsu and adapt the first 100 chapters, so if they give BC the Nanatsu treatment, the ending would possibly be rushed and anime-original. |

Probably yes, Toei has good animators but their schedule is terrible. BUT Toei doesn't rush the source material as far as I'm concerned, I really hate rushed adaptations, it's by far worse than the snail pace from One Piece |

| I’m surprise Xebec is in charge of this... I really thought they were going to do UQ Holder! instead (because of their previous involvement with the Negima! series. Maybe Shaft will do that one now, but I kinda doubt it). The last series I remember them doing that was close to it was Erementar Gerad, and that turned out decent enough, but that was in 2005, which is also a long time ago. Anyhow, I’m still not a fan of the manga, but I will be checking this special out, as well the TV series when it airs, which it will probably be around Fall 2017... And yes, a TV series is almost guarantee at this point. |

Actual TV series probably will have a different studio and the cast, just like always. |
