| 02 is canon. takeru and hikari still have their d3s. and the first episode shows something happening to daisuke, iori, and miyako. based on the way it was shown with (silhouettes on weird colored backgrounds, for a split second with no mention of it later by anyone) along with everyone's reaction to ken, it looks to me like something happened to change history or something like that. but like if it's something like that then it's an in-universe retcon, so it was still "real" or canon or w/e before it was changed and everyone's memories altered or whatever the fuck happened. |
