Right out of the gate, projectile nullification is OP, let alone for a minor power. Also, please use numerical values for mana costs.

+3 STR*Lv is pretty weak at lv. 1, but potentially super OP at just a few more levels. Please reduce this, don't tie it to lv. maybe.

your CF is too vague. If it just knocks opponents away, that's pretty underpowered. If it stuns i.e. not letting opponents move at all, that can be OP. Please elaborate further.

Also, perhaps add mana costs to your FF and CF

    Prerequisites:

    • Must have less than 70% of health
    • The opponent must have more health than him and/or there must be more opponents than allies
    • Must have at least 80 mana

    If these are done,then Riu can change his sword into a great sword,which is clearly larger,and heavier, than his regular sword. It is not compatible with Dual Wield. Due to it being larger,it also has the potential to do more damage. This costs 80 mana,and lasts for three posts,being a Final Force,it can only be used once per battle. It also gives him a boost of 1 level in speed,agility,and strength,but this will not happen if that stat is at it's maximum level already.

  • Counter Force: Dual Wield
    When Riu's health is bellow 50%,he will be able to summon another one of his weapons,he cannot summon the great sword though. This will cost him the same mana as it would if he were summoning it normally. The weapon will last for four posts,and cannot turn into another weapon like Riu's sword,it must remain as whatever weapon it was summoned as.

    Riu enjoys naming things. By "things",I don't mean animals,he doesn't like naming animals nearly as much. His favorite things to name are house plants,weapons,and appliances such as lamps and toasters. This isn't a joke,he named his last microwave Samantha. Other than this,he tends to act rather seriously and takes most things seriously. He is usually somewhat difficult to anger,but if anything that he has named comes up,it will be easier to anger him. He acts less seriously with some people that he considers close to him,but always remains at least somewhat serious. Riu might also make sarcastic remarks from time to time,and is generally willing to help others.

    Koharu gains and extra 2 points of strength for 1 post in her right hand and arm, and the only attack she is allowed to do is a singular punch during this post. This punch ignores up to 3 points of endurance. However, the punch is so strong that it literally breaks Koharu's right arm and hand, making them unusable unless somehow healed, as well as dealing Koharu 25% damage. She can not use this attack while any of her own class abilities are in affect, however she can use it while stat buffs from allies are in affect.

    Prerequisites: Koharu must have bellow 70% health to use this move, she absolutely must yell "FINISHING MOVE: BLAZING SPIRIT PUNCH!" while preforming this attack, and it costs 60 mana to perform the attack, so she must have at least 60 mana.
    Drawbacks: Koharu will take 25 damage, and her right arm and hand will be completely unusable for the rest of the fight unless somehow healed. The 25% damage can be taken when she only has 25% health or less, which means she can *technically* defeat herself with this move.

  • Counter Force: BRING IT ON!
    When Koharu activates this ability, she crosses her arms and stands confidently. Her endurance raises by 5 points, and she absolutely cannot be knocked over or stunned while the ability is activated. The ability lasts for two posts. During these two posts, Koharu literally cannot move anything more than her head and face, making her completely immobile.

    Prerequisites: Koharu is bellow 50% health, must be "prepared" 1 post in advance before activating. Takes up 50 mana.

    Drawbacks: Koharu's speed and agility are decreased by 2 points, and her endurance is decreased by 1 for 2 posts after deactivation.

    Hand Wraps. They don't really do anything or provide any protection. Koharu doesn't wear armor because "Real badasses don't need armor!"

    It has been a long time since he has told his story or anyone has ever heard of it. He used to live in a village full of people who needed to eat others to stay alive....cannibals with deep powers. his village was attacked and he was forced to kill a few people yet he was still captured despite his urgent fighting, and he was only at the young age of 15 .He wasnt the only survivor, but he was in fact one of the few alive, and the boss took an interest in him and started experimenting with him. He was tortured every day and couldn't take anymore, and when worst came to worst they tortured and killed his friends in front of him slowly. He ried for days and nights until he got a taste of his own blood and leapt forward from his restraints biting his enemy as well, his captive. With his new found abilities he kept killing and tasting, killing and tasting until he wanted nothimg more than to cry for what he did. Now he just wants to fight for fun and forget the past, ignoring it at all costs. Because of the torture he developed a sense of calm and quiet when in most cases people would be shocked, and a sadist personality in which he sometimes plays around with his enemies before ending them off. Sometimes he scares them with his tentacles and rips them apart if he hates them and sees them do evil deeds, he kills the evil yet he is a murderer himself. He already got his revenge yet the scars remain, this caused him to get a habit of cracking his middle finger with his thumb from the base during a fight or intense scene.

    This final force requires Ashton be extremely frustrated preceding its activation. This is achieved through either A) having gone a long time without being able to land a hit (three posts) or getting struck in particularly sensitive places like the nose or funny bone until extremely irritated. Entering a state of blind rage, he gains +5 agility and -5 perception for the turn(one post), expending all knives he has, tossing them all with a speed as blind as its aim. In this state all knives he throw are ablaze and can penetrate armour. The strength of this power is in the DPS potential if an enemy is close they'll get to identify as a pin cushion for a post. The obvious weakness is that he loses his percesion but also is without any weapons after this state, making him very open to attack. High risk, high reward. Costs thirty things

    Utilising his prodigious agility and perception, Ashton is guaranteed to avoid or parry the next attack that lands following his activation. If the attack is physical in nature, he will continue on to sink a poison-tipped dagger into the offensive limb of the attacker before backing off. The poison stiffens the muscles it pierces to the point where they victim is unable to use that body part for one turn following the activation. The strength of this attack lies in its ability to get him out of a tough spot with the weakness being that although he does land a hit, it is extremely weak and the only registerable damage generally comes from the stupored movement of the affected area.

  • Equipment and Weaponry:

    He generally has about thirty of these knives on his person entering a fight. They don't have any special properties to speak of but they have been sharpened to the point of bordering on scalpel precision.

    From living in the poorest region in velvet city to being chef of the most prestigious restaurant in diamond city, Ashton's passion for cooking and ambition for greatness have led him down a long path, particularly considering he is only twenty-six years young. Though, as expected of a head chef, especially an esteemed one, his short temper is notorious. In fact, his temper is so intense that he particites in these fighting games specifically to release all the pent up tension after a hard day's work. This creates an odd paradox within his display in the area because, although he is generally extremely angry in a fight, he has no desire to advance or progress in the world of fighting. After all it is, and always will be, a source of stress relief and a means of picking up the next girl hes going to bend over his kitchen table.

Main Power: Agent of Simurgh
Raum Kaourig Morvannou is an Agent of Simurgh, who excels at long-range attacks. He commands any and all birds present in the area and ones he has tamed so far to follow and attack enemies, dealing damage or inflicting hindering effects even from extreme ranges. The birds are treated as projectiles, making the birds untargetable by attacks, though when blocked, the birds simply rise up into the air once again, ready for another attack.

  • Death From Above- Birds fly in a circle while Raum is in combat, therefore, Raum's attacks always comes from above. The birds swoop down on the target every time they are commanded to attack and rise back up whenever they are blocked or are done attacking.

  • Swifts- Raum can command up to 5 birds to chase and attack a targeted enemy, inflicting light wounds per bird that hits. However attacking with more than 2 birds will cost 5 mana per additional bird.

  • Of the Same Feather- A large amount of birds flock together and swirl around Raum, preventing enemies from getting close. The birds fly in a vortex that covers melee range. The effect drains 10MP per turn it is active with a maximum duration of 5 turns. Any enemy that find their way inside the vortex gets mobbed by the birds, instantly taking light wounds and is ejected outside the vortex. Projectiles that pass through the vortex will suffer a two-rank penalty in strength/damage. After the ability's use, it will take 2 turns for another vortex to be formed. Additionally, Raum can command only up to 2 birds to attack while 'Of The Same Feather' is active.
    The knockback the target takes is affected by the target's endurance.
    ((1/1.5/2/2.5/3)* Raum's level) Endurance will be knocked back by (3/2.5/2/1.5/1) Meters away.

Final Force: The Vulture Waits
The Vulture, an omen of death to many, lies in wait just as Raum commanded. The vulture stays in the area and is considered as a counter, patiently waiting for an enemy to approach a near-death state. Though certain conditions should be met before the skill’s use:

  • 'Of the Same Feather' must not be active
  • Raum must be at 20% HP or higher

Once the target’s health reaches a certain level, the vulture automatically executes the target. The health percentage requirement for the kill is affected by the target’s endurance.

  • (2 X Enemy Level) Endurance or lower – 25% HP
  • (3 X Enemy Level) Endurance – 20% HP
  • (4 X Enemy Level) Endurance & above – 15% HP

The damage taken by the target can be reduced by 5% if the target manages to attack the vulture first. Raum then loses HP equivalent to the damage dealt by the vulture, but is reduced by 5% if the enemy attacks the vulture. The vulture then retreats back to Raum, circling above his head, and rests for the rest of the match.

All birds within the area and Raum’s cage flock together to heal a targeted enemy by shredding and transferring large amounts of health from another targeted enemy. The amount of health that will be transferred is equivalent to the heal target’s missing Total HP% (Maximum of 40% HP). The drain and heal targets also depends on the number of enemies and allies on the field.

Equipment and Weaponry:
Raum carries a short sword he uses for defending himself in melee combat. He commands birds by whistling and imitating the sounds they make.

Skills: After having to live with birds all his life, Raum has developed quite a number of skills:

  • Adept at the use of bladed-weapons
  • Uses distance to take advantage and kill weakened opponents quickly.
  • Takes on the job of quickly reducing the number of enemies in a group match.
  • His excellent observational skills allow him to see objects from extreme distances and notice any change immediately.
  • Attract birds into himself by imitating their mating calls.
  • Chasing birds.
  • Can force birds to lay eggs by making random calls made by that bird's species.
  • Can perch on trees.
  • When falling, he can control his descent to avoid injury.


Personality: Raum, despite his inert ability to get flocked on by birds, is actually quite the gentleman. He eats, fights, gets mobbed by birds, sleeps, and does other stuff a normal person would do, however. Despite his quirk, Raum can hold a normal conversation with people. He says ‘good morning’, while being mobbed by birds, to people he meets at the start of the day. Due to his noble upbringing, Raum knows the basics of preparing tea, proper etiquette, and grooming. Raum is always accompanied by birds of any kind that is present at any area he is in, which is also quite a nuisance for himself and others. He always keeps birds inside houses too.

Biography:
Born into a great house of noble falconers under the banner of Simurgh, Raum is tasked with protecting his family’s lands and servants. That was his task nine years ago. For the next seven years after his house has fallen into ruin and bankruptcy due to incompetent leadership by his Father, Raum has been travelling all across the land with a caravan of adventurers and merchants. His purpose was still the same yet it has a different master. Word soon spread among the common populace about ‘The Bird-flocked Circus.’ They were bird-flocked, but not a circus. All they did was sell beast horns, rare plants, and strike deals; no glory, no fame, no heroes. All was well-off, but the thoughts of having a quiet and normal life will always occur to any adventurer’s mind. Soon enough the adventurers in the group, who were tasked with protecting the caravan with Raum, began leaving one by one. They wanted a life of solace with their loved ones and to die old and happy. With the adventurers gone and with only Raum to protect them, the merchants figured that they should just settle down. Travelling had numerous risks too; bandits, wild beasts, and dragons were the least of their problems so settling down was surely the best option. Seven years of adventure all came down to an end, merchants, adventurers, treasures, gold, and friends, all disappeared. Raum, alone once again, gathered his birds and went off on his own. Driven by his determination and memories of friends of the past, he ventures into Legion City, for a goal he had never laid his eyes upon: Glory, Fame, and Heroism.

First of all, stats progress by levels not points this means that any increase like 0.5, 0.2 etc. is not possible at all, which renders your main power and your FF not valid. The CF is way too powerful, and the Minor power is not allowed period due to level scaling and free stats. If you want more stats, buy them.

    Lin is extremely proficient in dual wielding pistols. As metal is rare to come by in her home city, she opts against metal ammunition and instead utilizes her own mana as ammunition in her custom made firearms, Sodom and Rapture. The projectiles from these guns do not pierce through flesh like normal bullets but instead inflict wounds by burning through matter. Essentially, think of it as a bolt of plasma that dissipates on contact. Normal bolts cost 5 mana per shot, and can be fired at a rate of a single bolt per second (essentially two bolts due to dual pistols). Each bolt has an effective range of 2.5 meters (8.2 feet) before they fizzle out, but this range can change if Lin uses one of her active abilities. The bolt travels at a rate of 60 meters per second (134 miles per hour), but once again, this can be dependant on her active abilities. The rest of her main power are actives and passives:

    • Recast (Passive): Anytime Lin uses an active ability that hits an enemy / an entity with a health bar related to the enemy successfully, her next four basic attacks are free. If Lin successfully hits two actives in a row, the free basic attacks do not stack, only refresh. The cooldown of the refund is three posts, while the free basic attacks have no cooldown.

    • Quickdraw (Active, 15 Mana, 3 Posts): Lin’s speed and agility are increased by one level for 1.5 seconds, allowing her to reposition for her next attack or retreat if needed. Hitting a basic attack after five seconds of using Quickdraw will activate the passive.

    • Piercing Round (Active, 10 Mana per shot, 5 seconds): Lin fires a bolt of mana from both guns that have no travel time and instead damage anything in a 5 meter straight line from the pistols. These bolts individually do half the damage of a normal shot. Lin can opt to fire only one round rather than firing both pistols.

    • Loaded Slugs (Active, 10 Mana per pistol, No cooldown) Lin increases the density of her next two bolts in one pistol, doubling their range and damage in exchange for halving firing rate and projectile speed. After firing one, Lin must fire the other. Only one hit must land for the passive to activate.

    Lin’s body begins working past human limitations, gaining +2 levels in Speed, Agility, and Perception. During this time offensive abilities and Recast have no cooldown. Quickdraw is unavailable during this time. This effect lasts for 5 posts, at the end of which Lin will immediately incapacitate herself due to exhaustion if the enemy has not been defeated yet.

    “She has dealt with misery and hardship her entire life. Never until close to present has she ever had someone else to rely on. Now, without me, she decides to do something brash, something she hopes will help her only friend once again.”

    Lin has Bipolar disorder, but ever since her incarceration, takes medication (Lamotrigine) to cope with it. When on meds, she is usually grim and focused on her only goal in finding her unnamed friend. When not on meds, she is either extremely depressed and will not feel like doing anything, or extremely manic and will be gleeful even in the most disrespectful times to be that way. She can and will swing rapidly between those two emotions.

    • Demolition Arrows: -2 to Speed and Agility to Narok, enables destroying parts of the environment in a 2 meters area. If used against enemies, causes huge damage on an area of 2 meters and knocks back the target if hit directly for one post (this makes them unable to do anything during their following post; limited to 3 per fight/event/adventure).

This uneasiness with his families ways allowed him to open up to other people trying to spread love and not violence- and become a wildflower going where he pleased at a young age.

Aight, sorry for taking so long (but I am the only admin still alive ^^)

First of all, I will ask you to remake your char into the sheet, with the code correctly.

Main Power: I will ask you to use Posts as Time not Minutes. And you can add some more detail to it, because having the ability to simply be "hot" seems a bit underpowerd for a main power, to me, it sounds more like a Minor atm.

Minor Power: Your minor power, like simplyknight said, can be done by simply Rping, like a normal dodge/attack, I suggest adding an actual power if you want to have a minor power.

6+4 = 10 points used from your powers wich means you have +1 stat lvl to use and the Class stat to add to your character, which in your case (Duelist) is
+1 Strength
+2 Agility
+1 Speed
So correct that part too.

Main Power: It looks good and balanced, but if you feel like you are underpowered, I will give you permission to reduce the cooldown to 8, if not you can leave it to 10.
And I think you should add how fast these arrows will travel, and what amount of time will they have between each other (in seconds)

Minor Power: Perfect, I like it how you instead of mana cost you added the post cost. Very nice.

Demolition Arrows: -2 to Speed and Agility to Narok, enables destroying parts of the environment (limited to 3 per fight/event/adventure).
I think you can add to this line "Affects the enemy with heavy damage and knock backs" since it has such an high cost to your stats

FF: Looks fine to me, but you mention "his arrows unavoidable", so I will ask you to add an precise amount of arrows. And also when you mean "unavoidable" please detail that they will hit the target 100% but they can be blocked, and if blocked they will suffer "reduced" damage.


CF: I will ask you to detail this shield a bit more, before we can move to the limitations. Like how much can it block, or how much 1 perception lvl equals in damage blocked/absorved.

Demolition Arrows: -2 to Speed and Agility to Narok, enables destroying parts of the environment. If used against enemies, causes huge damage on area and knocks back the enemies for one post (this makes them unable to do anything during their following post; limited to 3 per fight/event/adventure).

I wouldn't say "knocks back the enemies for one post" but do simply a knockback if the hit is direct on his body, dazzling them or something, not adding the 1 post incapacity. And also had an explosion radius like 2m.

Let me know what you think about this valeus.

Every lvl of perception will equal 10% absorption of damage. Where the base will be 30%, so atm you are at 30% (base) + 20% (stats) making it like a shield that will Absorve 50% of the total damage made to you in that space of time. And making this shield to be up during 2 posts.

and you can remove the 5 posts and make it only 1 post to "recover".

I have just changed the things that you asked me for, but I still think that a knockback on the explosive arrows seems nice to me, at least when the arrows hit the enemy directly, but if hit by the area of effect that the explosion creates, you will not be affected by the knockback.
Is it fine for you as well?

Just add this and I'll approve it.

You special arrows need to have 1 post in between them once shot once. (the explosive arrows) because I think it wouldn't be enjoyable to the other to get spammed every post with explosive arrows to the face ^^
Meaning that you need to wait one post to shoot another Explosive Arrow.

Oh and about the shield, let us know, if you can attack with it up or not

And with this it should be good to go

    When changing arrows, Narok cannot move nor attack. This minor ability takes one post to happen.

Spots can not be created in mid-air, and the spots can not grow larger then the size of the part that created it. Speed loss is not stackable.

    Ranaa's aura starts getting really cold and her eyes start bleeding, she then emits a enormously fearful wail which tries to inspire fear into her enemies. They lose 1 speed, 1 agility and 1 strength for 3 posts. And if their endurance is level 1 it has a chance to reduce their will to fight.

    For this to be used Ranaa needs to have been stabbed atleast 3 times in the fight, either by herself or the enemy, and this needs to have caused atleast 20% damage. It costs 45 mana. This doesn't work if they don't look her in the eye. She starts preparing for 1 post, the scream comes in the post after that.

  • Counter Force: Mind field
    Raana's Eca forces her mind in full defense mode, Losing 2 speed but gaining 2 agility and 3 perception. She uses 15 mana for this ability. State lasts for 3 posts

  • Equipment and Weaponry:
    - 2 Large chains made out of stainless steel, about 2 meters long and conductive in heat and electricity. Seeing as Ranaa always carries them with her they feel a bit cold to touch
    -A small knife
    -A set of gloves for when she decides to lock her power, mostly weared out of combat.

  • Skills:
    -Eca (Excessive Concentration ability)- Ranaa is able to concentrate enormously on one task, rapidly improving the efficiency of it, and allowing her to learn things effectively.
    But the downside is that other things around her go completely past her.
    -Small time lie detection- Ranaa is able to tell up to a certain degree if someone is lying or not when watching their body movements.
    -Chain fighting-She is quite effecient as using chains as a martial arts weapon.
    -Knife fighting- She can fight with her knife if she lost her chains somehow, but never with the mastery level of her chains

Once in a while Ranaa shows lesbian behavior, acting very seductive to girls she likes. this is also the moment she is probably the scariest.

Since Im terrible at approving characters, im not gonna. But what Ill do is point out some things that look wrong.

1) Your Minor Power is Incredibly OP. Even if it were a main power it would be OP. 1st off. The mana to speed relation is not expensive enough. Second off, add a serious cooldown to that. Like 4-5 post. Then finally, reduce the time he can use it to one post before cooldown,

2) Your Final Force seems a bit much. I cant tell if its OP or not, so I wont judge that.

3) So a single hit can destroy your Healing Exoskeleton? Because I'd imagine thats what 5% would be most of the time.

However, placing a stronger emphasis on style than functionality, she has room enough for only three of these vials or bombs. Though she can produce new ones, accomplished at a rate of one per each dedicated crafting post (must actually make them and cannot do anything else for the post she generates one in). With the exception of the nasty and blind bombs, none of the bombs have a radius of effect. Sticky in texture, they must be latched onto an individual where they are pierced by a series of tiny protruding needles that will instantly administer the effects of the chemicals. Both vials and bombs are accompanied by a specific toxicity level. At 50% toxicity, the affected individual will incur a 5% health loss per turn. This will increase at a proportional rate of +5% health for every 10% of toxicity. Toxicity reduces at a rate of 2.5% per turn.

    Health vial: Restore 7% health to herself or an ally. 10% toxicity

    Blind bomb: Renders the affected's sight useless for one turn 10% toxicity. 5 meter radius

Working on this inflicts 35% toxicity upon herself. The radius of the effective range of this concoction increases at a rate of five meters per vial used.

  • Equipment and Weaponry:
    A high-tech sword capable of being loaded with the same chemicals used in her venom bombs.To administer this chemical she must have either a venom bomb on her person or spend one turn in crafting phase (cannot attack or do any action other than craft for one turn). The sword deals 5% toxicity to an opponent per every venom bomb loaded into it. The current level cap is set at four bombs.

AIGHT.

Minor power: This is quite a good minor power you have here. Make that you can't regen mana while you have this skill active, meaning you wont have mana regeneration for 3 posts or when it gets interrupted. They can't stack. Which means only one curse per person. As whoremoans said, having a way to dispel it would be good. Since you can simply attack -> curse -> wait for cooldown -> repeat. So adding for example: you get attacked, the curse dispels.
The cool-down and duration seems fine.

FF: I am not really sure about this skill. Something that will follow you in a battle field sounds pretty strong.
Add this cost: You cant get your spear back unless you pick it up by yourself.
I think its fair, since a strong skill (as yours) requires a high cost. You know that mages and sharpshooters don't have ways of blocking it.
So this might have to have a look from other admin. But for now add that cost.

CF: I think you should nerf a bit this heal, since you become a some sort of tank assasin, I will follow whores suggestion on making it 5% each turn until 20%.
And this 15%HP you are talking about. Is it the armor HP?
