This volume is the calm before the storm. But the calmness is what I like on the series. From the bond over the same circumstance(moment with Shizuka), overflowing love leveling marriage by three times(300+ point), resolve to live with them together(forming Knight Brigade), to a feel train(recalling Alaia love). Not a single moment in this volume is wasted. Everything hit the mark.

Next volume they will go to the beach and of course trouble will arise again but no matter what was thrown to them I'm sure that it will strengthen their bond even more.

Oh one more thing is Elle is eternal 17 years old.

Definitely wasn't expecting to see the story about the time Koutarou and Clan woke up 20 years in the past, though it felt short and rushed.

On a side note, of course Elle is a virgin, how could the MC have a harem if one of the girls wasn't virgin? Instead of giving Theia a good father and all, the autor just decided to add one more girl... woman, to the podium... I hope it doesn't does more than that, so far this as been very different from the other harems and stuff.

Finally, another 5/5 volume that perfectly encompasses my love for this franchise. The first chapter was much needed to develop Shizuka and let the viewers understand to what extent her past impacts her. I am glad she's truly fitting in with her new group of friends and she even accepted le drake.

Chapter 2 was mostly filler content but it was cute. Maki is precious ^^

Chapter 3 was by far the best for me. I love Koutarou and Clan's duo adventures together. I might be more particular toward Koutarou having an arc with a single girl rather than being overloaded with his entire harem. My two favourite characters in this show were neither originally main characters. I loved that we finally got an explanation as to how Elle and Koutarou made contact. The author was careful to not add any major contradictions with the time travel aspect. Clan's personality depiction was consistent and she was clearly less lenient towards Koutarou "20 years back". Everything's tied back to the beginning with Ruth and Theia landing on Earth.
