On the South Hallway of the 2nd Level, there are two VR rooms. This one is room A, the one on the left. Identical to the other one, this room starts off as a white room with a panel over to the left. Once something has been chosen on the panel, then the room changes to fit the choice. It's also possible to fight against simulated opponents in these rooms for training purposes, but rewards in general will be lower than the rewards for challenges and especially tournaments, around 1/2 as much maximum.o fit the choice. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] She enters the room and looks around, waiting for Helios to come in if he would, while also inspecting it and waiting for the mortals to come in. She dissipates Lu Dongbin's sword and did not call upon her armour or any weapons, instead she goes to the panel and sets the place to her Parthenon in Athens. She then crosses her arms and continued to wait. |

Aria snow(nickname Red Snow Demon) Aria steps into the VR room and starts looking around, Aria wasn't sure as to exactly what was going to happen as she had never done much of anything like this before. As Aria was looking around she saw one of the gods from earlier in the room with them. Aria was already annoyed with the gods behavior, however Aria still had many questions she wanted answers for. You god lady I'd like to ask some questions if you dont mind since not all of mine where answered from that one back there, before everything went to shit. So my first question is what purpose do you gods need us for a next generation of gods, what is this all about? My second question is, Who is the god who is sponsoring me or any of us induvidually I think we deserve to know. Aria waited for a response as she stared at Athena to answer her questions. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] She looks at Aria, who impatiently asks two questions. She raises her brow, and feels that indeed, those are great questions, however she does not feel that it is effective to tell her alone before the other mortals. Furthermore she believes that informing them about the law is much more important. Considering this, she looks at her and says calmly yet sternly, "Patience child, those are indeed acceptable inquiries, however I would prefer to clarify them to not only you, but also the other children, so I will have to postpone my explanation. Furthermore, there are other things I wish to teach you and the other children which I think are more important." She does not mention the nature of the education, as it involves punishment and she does not want to invoke unnecessary conflict as the girl seems feisty. She would rather wait until the situation is prime before doing or saying anything significant. She then looks away and continues to wait for Helios and the other mortals. |

Aria snow(nickname Red Snow Demon) Aria looks at the female god as her cold glare fades as she was expecting more disrespect like earlier.Aria walks over to where the god is and sits down as she waits for the others to arrive. Finally some respect is shown when I ask questions, unlike with that other one, I can wait as long as I get my answers, by the way maybe you can tell me more about this place since I was never told a couple of things. Also why was my memory sealed I didn't remeber much of anything when I woke up, not until... Not until me and the other god had gotten into it that it all hit me at once. Maybe it was just me that had their memories sealed or it was just a fluke, what do you think? |

-------------------------------------------------- Name: Lisa Lightshield Health: 100% Prana: 185% Stamina: 100% Current Status Conditions: N/A Ability Status: OFF -------------------------------------------------- Entering the room, Lisa noticed it was bigger than just a "room". It was the Parthenon. Something that Lisa had never heard of, nor even seen. Walking in, she saw only Aria and Athena, Aria wanting answers of Athena as the two of them talked. While Athena said that she wanted for the others to join before she answered. Aria mentioned that she had finally gotten some respect, but Lisa sighed, "If you wish to get respect from the Gods, you might need to do something about your own attitude first. Respect is a two-way street.", Lisa stepped further inside, now waiting for Icarus and Helios. The other girl might not have thought much of the fighting and probably did not want to enter the VR room, seeing from how she acted. As she then waited for the others, Lisa decided to ask something, "When you're ready, I also want to know which God had chosen me. I woke up in a room with no one to greet me.", she asked as she looked at Athena. |

Icarus and Lucius Aurelius When Icarus followed into the room, he saw it really wasn't a room at all. What in the world? It was a whole palace in one place, and the palace was definitely amazing. Icarus recognized it as the famous temple of Athena, the Parthenon, although he'd never actually seen it up close himself, just in architecture drawings by his father who had taken an interest in it once. He hadn't heard the conversation by Aria due to his lateness to arrive, and just heard the second part of Lisa's question to Athena. He had another question now, since he realized his weapon was essentially broken at the tip and would need a repair, but waited for Athena to answer Lisa's question. Helios still needed an answer from Hades, so he walked near where Hades and Athena were, although he would not interrupt the explanation given by Athena. Since they were probably going to be busy explaining things until the fighting of the first challenge started, he decided not to change the direction of conversation by bringing up Hades' rude actions immediately. He'd wait for an opening when the fighting began and then take that time to talk to Hades. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] She crosses her arms and waits patiently. Eventually Helios enters preceded by two children. She remembers that there was one more, and it wasn't the boy who was going to enter. If she was not mistaken, it was the girl Hades "made an example" of. Speaking of Hades, she wondered where he was, only to notice him in the corner of the room. She glanced at him a bit and gave him a bored look before going back to the children. "Very well, since the other child is not yet capable of coming here," she glances a bit to Hades before continuing. "I shall answer your questions, young ones. First, to this young girl's first questions, I'm sure you are all aware that you were brought here to become the new gods. As to why, it is simple. The old gods have decided that new gods are required to manage the new age in the human world, to make the human race better. As such, most of us has gone to work on a project separate from this world or the mortal world of Earth. You should be grateful, you have been chosen to be the candidates to fill these great seats of power. As for the second question, I regret to say that that is every god's own business. It is their decision whether to tell other gods of their chosen one, or indeed to tell the chosen ones themselves." she glances slightly at Lisa and almost has a faint smile before reverting back to her stone cold exterior. "Now, let us, shall we say, "get to business." I have been shocked that you children have not been made aware of the laws of this place, and find it completely unacceptable. Therefore, let me inform you of our laws here and now. First, outside of godly sanctioned combat such as challenges, tournaments or training, it is forbidden to lay bodily harm to your fellow mortals. Second, attacking gods against the god's wishes is forbidden. You may try if you wish, perhaps I would not even need to give you a punishment depending on what the god does to you. I am speaking in jest of course, you will still be fully punished. Third, interrupting challenges or tournaments is forbidden, even for gods. Fourth, In tournaments and challenges, it is prohibited to cheat or collude with the opposition. Tactical nuance is praised, and deception is fine, but acts of clear cheating will not be tolerated. Fifth, Defacing the mansion is prohibited, and given equipment may not be destroyed, damaged, or discarded, which is self explanatory, and finally, refusing to fight or otherwise train at all is not allowed if one wishes to remain revived." She then cracks her neck and loosens her arms. "As you can see, you have clearly broken a rule. However, as you are children previously ignorant to them, I will be lenient and give you a light punishment, and educate you at the same time." She calls upon a normal Roman shortsword in her hand, and, not even bothering to use the Pantheon of Heroes, the Gorgoneion, nor even her pet owl Glaux, she challenges them, saying "You shall all face a trial by combat with me here. You are welcome to work together or fight one by one, but your objective is simple, to get a clean hit off of me. One clean hit. Of course, I will not use my full power, but my hits can be fatal. I would not assume that it would be as painful as the death felt by the girl outside, but death is always painful, and that will be your punishment." She then calls upon an Arabian scimitar in her left hand and casually yet sternly stand there, waiting for them to come. Their distance is about 5 meters, but she will not move for now. She will hold back and go on the defensive. |

Aria snow(nickname Red Snow Demon) Well I think I have already figured out who chose me anyway, but just to be on the safe side I shall play along for now not that it matters to me any. But just know this I follow my own rules plain and simple I'm not some mongrel that barks on command. So all at once or one at a time huh, even a god not using their full power shouldn't be to hard I don't think, never made a habit of fighting them. Aria stands up and looks at hades after her comment of who brought her back to life as their chosen. Aria then looks at Athena and darts at her with full strength in one hard swing at her neck with the intent to kill in her eyes. As Aria swings she swiftly reaches to her side and draws her stilleto dagger and lunges it towards athenas chest. Aria wanted to test her abilities as she had noticed her abilities were alot sharper and stronger then when she was alive on earth. She had also noticed she was able to sense multiple people all at once by a farely good distance, Aria decided to try to do something different for its use. However she was unsure as if it would even work against a god. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] She looks calmly at the children, and she already has an idea of who summoned the spirited girl, though she frowns when she said she would follow her own rules. Seeing her suddenly lunge at her, Athena's frown lightened a bit, she did not mind a bit of spirit, though she would have liked a bit more strategy. She merely stood there for a moment. The girl tries to close the distance and swings her weapon furiously while attempting a follow-up attempt with her dagger. Athena stands her ground, and, as if reacting in superspeed, she throws her scimitar up in the air, and then moves slightly forward and to the right. In a split second, she grabs the body of the polearm while simultaneously using her shortsword to block the girls dagger. Then, it all happens in an instant as, like a whirlwind she uses her grip on the girl's weapon to throw it, and the girl along with it, to a nearby column, nearly ten meters away. Then, she catches the scimitar she threw earlier, as if demonstrating the time it took for her to counter the attack, juggled it playfully once, and threw it towards the girl, cutting her shoulder and a large portion of her hair. She did not kill her, as she did not feel such a "fight" was educational enough. "Who will be next?" she says as she looks toward the other two with blank, emotionless grey eyes. |

Aria snow(nickname Red Snow Demon) As Aria was thrown into a pole her sense had worked just enough to avoid any major wounds to her shoulder as the blade was hurled at her, she was able to avoid the blade somewhat and stand back up with a decent wound but still able to fight as she pushes off of the pillar. Aria grabs her weapons and wences at the pain from the cut as she moved her shoulder. Aria grabs her scythe and switches hands and laughs. I'm just getting started Missy so dont count me out just yet, let's see how should a proceed next cause that really hurt and if I hadn't reacted when I had. Well I could have lost my arm good thing it only takes one hand for my scythe so let's try this shall we. Aria runs back at Athena duel weilding her scythe in her left hand and dagger in the other, however as soon as she reached Athena she threw the dagger straight at her head. After throwing the dagger Aria rubbed the blood from her shoulder on the blade of her scythe at this point Aria was right at athenas legs at close range. Aria swings her scythe once more at athenas legs as she acts like she is darting to the left but at the last second darts right with the blade hooking the goddesses leg. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] Athena looks to the right as the girl seemed to not have given up yet. She stays still and says "I admire your spirit child." she says as she sees Aria throwing her blade to her head. She sees the blade, and simply catches it with her bare hands, using only two fingers. She sees the girl trying to swipe and assault her legs, making a zigzag movement which goal is to take away her legs, but to this, Athena simply dissipates her scimitar and instead creates a greek spear and thrusts it into Arias arm which was holding the scythe with such furce that it pins it to the floor, immobilizing her. She looks down at Aria and says "Unfortunately, a scythe of this shape is not a very practical weapon my dear child, it leaves far too many openings in its usage, and the blade faces the wrong direction. Although I appreciate your creativity in using it." before pulling the spear out, leaving Aria's arm to gush out blood as she kicks her several meters away, before throwing her dagger which such force that it is planted on the floor in front of Aria. She then cracks her neck and looks at the other children again. "Would you care to try now, young ones?" she says before looking back at Aria "Or do you wish for another try, young lady?" |

Aria snow(nickname Red Snow Demon) Aria couldnt help but laugh as she stumbled back to her feet with her blood going everywhere, Aria finally spoke up. i..I hit you so why continue, I hit you with my dagger so I win do I not. My goal has been accomplished even though you had caught it I ...I still hit you, damn it im getting dizzy now ha...ha...haha we aren't as useless and weak as you gods think we are remeber that all of you best fear what we mortals can do and are capable of for only we can push past our own limits. Aria falls to one knee holding her blood soaked arm still laughing, Aria was alot of things but foolish wasn't one of them she was aware she was unable to fight anymore, she knew she couldnt hold or swing her scythe for awhile much less throw her dagger again. Aria stumbled back to her feet as she staggered to the wall and slid down it leaving blood all the way down. Arias vision began to fade as she lost all use of her body from all the blood loss. Hahaha looks like I get to die again so goddess finish the job give me an honorable death I faught you head on me a mere mortal against a god haha fucking fantastic wouldn't you agree? I admit I have alot to learn but I still got you with my dagger even though you caught it pretty sweet move if you think about it haha. I'm ready to die again lady I heard everytime aresonance dies they loose a piece of their soul to darkness sounds cool to me haha |

Hades had entered the VR room, which now took the form of Athena's Parthenon with the statue in the far back, shining over the clear space where she and the mortals who came in stood. Seeing how he shouldn't get involved, he leaned against one of the stone columns with his arms crossed and his eyes centered on the open space. As he ignored Apollo's presence near him, he witnessed some eyes roll his way from Athena and the girl, which he kinda get. I understand my actions back there was nothing more than unnecessary, even with a good reason, but after thousands of years as the ruler of the underworld, getting respect and fear from the souls and my subjects, I'm disrespected by these mortals that I allowed to be brought back from my domain to save their species from being decimated by you fools who wanna get rid of it. It's just hard for me to register that, Apollo, so don't think I'm trying to become a tyrant. Regardless of my earlier actions, I plan on helping these mortals rise up to become gods of the earth. He said to him without even turning his emotionless face to him. A little later, Athena and the girl had somehow finished the fight. He saw the girl on one knee, begging for Athena to strike her down. Hades found himself moving towards the mortal and using his hidden abilities to heal her wounds and restore her soul to how it was before the fight. I know I may be intruding, but you shouldn't just use the last of your strength to beg for death. Instead, you should keep pushing until you cannot speak, cannot stand, cannot see, and cannot hear. Fight til the very second you are dead. He said, then pointed to her scythe. That is a weapon that is to be held by someone who doesn't fear death. Someone who even welcomes it, but won't go through the doors of the underworld until their last dying breath. Do you understand? He glared at her. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] Athena looks to the interaction between her uncle and the girl. Seeing her nature and weapon, she had a theory on who summoned her. Nevertheless, she sighed and looked at the other two children. "Now it is your turn, young ones. I admire her tenacity in demanding a victory by counting my catching her blade, a "hit". Nevertheless it was not a clean hit which I had asked of. I would oblige her request, but it seems she is in the care of my uncle as you can see. I will compromise, and instead gift you and burden you at the same time with the use of more of my powers." She then chanted something, and suddenly, a tree appears near her, with a sword, simple yet sturdy looking, attached to it. She pulls it out and the tree disappears. "Behold, Gram, the sword of Norse myth, used by the hero Sigmund to defeat the dragon Fafnir. I shall be using this weapon as my main one, so please, think it through and deliberate on how best to defeat me. Keep in mind, I have other weapons I can use as secondary weapons too." |

Aria snow(nickname Red Snow Demon) Beg for death haha don't be silly reaper I cant move even if I wanted to I asked her to give me the honor of death. Its what I wanted one fit for a mortal who fought a god with all they had. If me dieing and loosing part of who I am to the darkness makes me stronger then so be it, I'll do whatever needs to be done to gain more power. Even if it's takes a 1000 lifetimes. I dont beg for death I welcome it daily but yet it frowns upon me. Tell me are you the one who chose me to be part of the new generation old man. Aria says this exhaustingly as she tries to retain her conciousness lightly laughing at the whole situation before her. You now I never would have thought you to be the caring type, thought you more the grumpy type man was I wrong haha. |

-------------------------------------------------- Name: Lisa Lightshield Health: 100% Prana: 155% Stamina: 100% Current Status Conditions: N/A Ability Status: ON -------------------------------------------------- Seeing Aria's attempt, Lisa sighed. It was obviously the most beneficial and easier if they worked together as three, but Aria had gone alone. Aria's style of fighting also had Lisa questioning how she was actually chosen as a candidate. Using a Scythe with one arm, although a Scythe is normally dualwielded, as it is a mid-range weapon, used like a pole-arm. One either must've been of a very big build, or strong enough to skillfully swing a scythe that way. But it is also possible for one to be overly confident. The latter was more visible here. Although Lisa thought it be better that she and Icarus worked together, due to Aria now being unable to fight any longer, Lisa had stepped up on her own. "Sorry, Icarus, but I have to test something. It'll be dangerous if you join, so stay back for now. Don't worry, I won't be rendered incapable of combat before you join.", She wanted to find out about something, and doing that might hurt Icarus in the process. "Then, I'll be your next opponent, Athena.", Lisa said after Athena finished summoning her weapon. Quite a grand display, yet it was time for Lisa to start as well. Concentrating, she thought back to what she felt other than the emotions back when those portals opened. Slowly, but surely, light started shining near Lisa, although faint, it grew brighter and brighter until it showed it's original appearance. Three portals opened, although nothing came out. "Alright.". At high speeds, but not it's max, a chain launched out of the portal, towards Athena. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] Seeing Lisa's decision, Athena grimaces faintly before smiling equally faintly. She takes Gram and looks towards her. "Are you sure, young one?" she says before suddenly Lisa does not hesitate and lets out chains from a portal. It was going in high speeds, but nothing she couldn't handle. She simply moved aside a bit and grabbed the chains, before breaking them with Gram, which, being a dragonslaying sword, even if Athena could not use it to its full potential, would be enough to shatter the chains from the mortal. She then moves away slightly to her right hand side, out of the broken chains' range, just to be sure. "... That was not a full attack. You intended to test your chains against me, instead of battling outright. Interesting." she smiles a bit. "However, young one, are you sure you wish to fight me alone? Gram is a dragonslaying sword. I need not even my own strength for it to be able to cut your chains repeatedly. Unless of course, you would call me handling your chains "a hit". In which case it seems you have not learned quite correctly from your fallen colleague" she said. |

-------------------------------------------------- Name: Lisa Lightshield Health: 100% Prana: 135% Stamina: 70% Current Status Conditions: N/A Ability Status: ON -------------------------------------------------- Lisa watched as the chains reached towards the Goddess, but since they were not at full speed, it was obviously possible for the Goddess to react to it by grabbing it. With the first chain down, one portal closed. Lisa sighed, the Goddess seemed to have though that she was going to fight without thoughts. "I wouldn't do anything that desperate as to call such a thing a 'hit'.", Lisa looked at the obviously confident Goddess, but not overconfident as she knows of her own abilities. Now, the other two portals began their work, summoning the other chains. One was launched before the other, while both were launching at the same speed. The speed equals that of before, but right before it would come close to the Goddess, Lisa had a plan of action. Right before they would come close enough to the Goddess that she could be hit, the chains would speed up at maximum speed, catching the Goddess by surprise if she did not expect that. The first surprise. While the first one was also used as distraction if that failed, the second one would be able to change it's trajectory once the Goddess dodges. The second surprise. Behind the chains, Lisa charged. Although with less speed, the chains should be able to hold the Goddess busy for enough to catch her by surprise for the third time. The third surprise. Her only goal was to land one hit. It was obvious that she could not down a Goddess on her own, not in her current state. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] She gently widens her smile a small bit as she hears Lisa's answer. "Good girl." she mumbles under her breath. She then readied herself as another chain appeared, strangely at the same speed as before. Being the goddess of wartime strategy and tactics, as well as knowledge, she would obviously know that this was a ploy. Something would happen when the chains got close, as such, she merely jumped out of the way as the chains sped up. Then, the second chain changed direction and headed right for her. Still in midair, she used her agility to destroy it with Gram, before rolling after she fell back to the ground. At that instant, she heard footsteps toward her, and quickly discarded Gram, instead quickly pulling out a long halberd and immediately thrusting and swinging it as she regained her stance, in front of her, as expected, was Lisa. The halberd would be swung in such a way that unless Lisa tries to dodge it, it will definitely hit her without letting her forward. Even stopping the staff is impossible due to Athena's strength. |

Icarus Wings of Icarus active Icarus heard the long explanation start, although he was actually interested in this one, unlike the usual long speeches on engineering he was given. Apparently there were actually some rules here, one of them he'd already broken. They all had to fight unless they wanted to go back to the underworld, although he didn't really mind. Their punishment was going to be fighting her and trying to get a clean hit. He would have fought with the others, specifically Lisa since he thought Aria would be hard to work with, but his weapon's tip was still broken... For now, he assumed some god was going to just repair it magically, and tried to think of how he would attack, while the red-eyed angry girl attacked on her own, charging with her scythe. Because of his angle, he could see what happened in the attack. She let go of the scythe with one hand, trying to perform a dagger thrust at the same time. That wasn't really efficient...it lowered her speed with the scythe, and would put her off balance, due to trying to do two conflicting motions with her arms at the same time. After the swing started, Icarus saw that she had suddenly been sent flying, no, thrown into a collumn with her weapon behind her. The way the weapon had flown only made sense if it'd been a throw. After that, the scimitar Athena had thrown up got thrown at the girl at a speed he couldn't track, slicing into her shoulder. Having good stamina despite getting thrown into that pillar, she again went off dual wielding in a charge, only this time it was even worse, scythe in left hand. With her build she really would need both hands to wield it right. Due to his angle being wrong he didn't see the dagger throw, although he had seen her make a weird feint step before trying to attack. Ultimately, she was brutally pinned by a spear to the arm and kicked away. After that, the wisdom goddess summoned another weapon, one that looked special, although he didn't recognize it at all, taking it from a tree. Lisa said she wanted to test something out on her own before he joined in, he didn't really mind it. As long as the challenge could happen, it would be alright. But he really did need to solve his problem with his weapon. He saw that Helios was looking towards Hades to talk to him after he had said something to athena he(icarus) hadn't paid attention too, and interjected with a question while Lisa had light shining around her. "Could you use some magic to repair my weapon?" Obviously, he couldn't really fight if it didn't work as it should. Lucius Aurelius He was about to talk to Hades when the boy he'd summoned earlier asked him if he could repair his weapon. "Here, but it won't stick outside of this room." With a small motion of his hand gesturing to the spear, he used his admin status(being a god) over the VR room to repair it to perfect condition. Icarus "Thanks, that helps a lot." Icarus could be a hotheaded person, but Helios seemed to basically be a god that was more of an ally than not, and wasn't some overbearing parent-type figure like his father, so he appreciated the help unlike he would normally if it was from Daedalus. At the time it was repaired he turned around to see a chain suddenly shoot out of one of her portals, going very quickly right at Athena. Icarus took this time to activate his ability, more slowly this time, trying to get a better handle over it. He was a little bit off balance, trying to levitate just off the ground with his wings glowing less brightly now that he was trying to maintain control. He wobbled a little bit as he tried to practice performing thrusts downwards from midair. He noticed that he felt a bit slow, not as if his actual moves and thrusts were any slower, but as if he couldn't really move much unless he put a lot more energy into it. Right now, flying felt as easy as walking, but only because he wasn't moving from his floating position. Icarus tried to get used to thrusting from a stationary position in midair, although it would take some practice. He realized he'd probably need to not use this mode of flying with his power as it was, at least for attacks, since without any footing, he could only really use his arm strength, and each attack would put him off balance just like it did now unless he got really good at controlling his power's ability to let him move in any direction. Going fast with charging attacks could work though. Between practice thrusts, he watched the fight, seeing that Lisa had done something pretty interesting with the chains, speeding them up when they got closer, and was watching the action as it happened. The simulated sunlight around the palace, due to him being virtual as well here, felt like it was helping. His holographic wings didn't feel as forced anymore to maintain. Lucius Aurelius Hades was in the middle of a conversation with the red-eyed girl. In the meantime, he and Athena had been called fools for wanting to destroy humanity, despite the fact that they'd completely abandoned the gods, with only tiny fractions still worshipping them as they were meant to. Helios felt this blind mercy was futile. If the humans were able to learn of the gods again with their technology, they would probably turn on them still, attacking them due to a percieved threat. Worse was the fact that humanity was growing stronger as well. Leaving now due to their growing power and putting humans in charge of the world was first of all, probably a good recipe for destroying everything they'd built, and second of all, essentially a retreat from their own lands, from their own creations. For Hades to want it, was surprising, as it would mean abandoning his own Underworld, and abandoning the chance to have dominion over all of humanity, who would inevitably reside in the underworld after being wiped out. Perhaps it was his resentment he'd always had for getting that lot in the first place. Because of his Perception and Agility Helios could have this long series of thoughts very quickly. |

Avnore Avnore walked into the VR room trying to bring no attention to himself. He then tried his best to hide himself and observe the battle. He then sees the mortals and gods battling each other. He sees the power of the gods and how they compare to the mortals. It seems like the mortals wanted to destroy them when the gods wanted to play around with them. He then gets his knife ready just in case he is found. If he were to get attacked, he would need something to block the attack. He then continues to observe the battle, trying to hide himself from the mortals and the gods. |

As he heard the girl, seeing Athena's eyes on him before moving on to the next fight, he felt like it had became obvious. Especially when you consider the scythe that she held. Hades adjusted his glasses, showing no emotion at all as he looked at the girl once more. To be honest, he chose multiple people to be summoned here, but... "Yes. I am the one who brought you here in the first place. I had read your backstory before and have seen that you do have it in you to care for others, despite your actions and the words that you say to people. You have potential, in my eyes, to be the next God of the Underworld. However, from now until when you get more powerful, I want to make sure you're ready to take on that responsibility. You do have a choice of which god you wanna try to become. However, you seem like a good replacement for me than anything. I just need you to agree." He said, stretching his hand out to her. @Titanania |

-------------------------------------------------- Name: Lisa Lightshield Health: 100% Prana: 125% Stamina: 60% Current Status Conditions: N/A Ability Status: ON -------------------------------------------------- In the heat of the moment, the Goddess dodged the first chain, destroying the second and then pulling out a long Halberd after she discarded Gram. A normal Halberd alone was already long, but an Halberd that was called long even amongst Halberds would've been a really weird choice to take, especially since they were entering close combat. Nonetheless, when the Halberd was thrust, Lisa slid with the momentum she had, underneath the attack of the Goddess. With the Goddess' thrust of the halberd, she had to recover from her own strength as well. Which didn't take long. But that didn't matter, as during that time, the earlier chain returned to Lisa and if the Goddess swung the Halberd downwards, it would first collide with the chain, making it so that Lisa would have enough time to close in onto the Goddess. If the Goddess was wielding the Halberd with one hand, even with her strength, she wouldn't be able to control the Halberd completely, as it's quite long. Once Lisa closes in onto the Goddess, as Athena had discarded Gram, a close-ranged weapon, the Goddess would be forced to use a mid-ranged melee weapon, making it an inefficient weapon in the fight. If the Goddess actually didn't swung downwards and tried to dodge, the Chain would just shoot towards where she was at the moment before the dodge, without changing it's trajectory. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] She widens her grin as Lisa ducks, avoiding the halberd and moving the chain back. She was doing better than expected. As if in slow motion, she saw Icarus at the back preparing. In the end, she couldn't give Lisa the hit, not yet, she wanted to see some teamwork, after all. "Chu Chulainn" She whispered as Gram disappeared and in it's place a demonic red spear appeared in her hand. As soon as this happens, her agility and technique suddenly increased, and she merely kicked Lisa to the side, dissipating the halberd to lighten her load, then looked at the chain before her and bent her body in such a way that the chain would be dodged and moved above her. It suddenly turned towards her anyways but using the red spear, she forced it to change its trajectory by hitting an earlier part, before jumping while twirling the spear, making the chain wrap around it. As she lands, she simply pulls on the chain and breaks it, before looking at Lisa, at this point should be hitting a column, and stomping the spear, Gae Bolg, on the floor. She then cracked her neck and said "Impressive. If I had not used my godly perception, agility and speed I would have lost. You have my compliments, young one." she looks to Icarus. Why not join the fight too, young man?" she said. |

Icarus Wings of Icarus active Prana:66% Watching the fight, Icarus saw Lisa running up close, her portals following alongside her run, as Athena suddenly summoned and swung a halberd that was overly big, missing as Lisa leaned back to slide under. But suddenly there was a flash of red combined with Lisa slamming into a column t, due to Athena using more of her god attributes. As Lisa would be struggling to get up, he turned to Lisa down below and floated a bit closer by after Athena had asked if he would fight, he said:"Are you done testing out that chain magic of yours? It seemed like your test worked." If she'd say yes, he'd then float closer while she got up,whispering from right next to her ear so Athena would not hear(although if she tried to listen in with her godly perception she could probably overhear it)"We can take advantage of how fast your chains can go. Here's my plan:I charge towards her left side while you do that on her right side. When we're about halfway there, I'll jump, using my flight to jump higher. When I do that, it'll be your signal to fire your chains. Based on how your chains moved faster than I could even track, they'll reach her before I do, even using my flight to give myself an aerial boost towards her from above. By the time it reaches her, she'll probably dodge or destroy it, and I'll use my flight to boost myself more quickly towards her from the midair jump to land a spear hit. If everything goes right, I'll be able to boost the remaining distance just after she tries to dodge or counter the chains,, allowing me to adjust my angle of attack if needed. After that, he'd wait for Lisa to get up and confirm she was ready to attack, if she agreed with the plan, and then deactivate his wings, dropping to the ground, and getting his stance ready, wielding his spear with two hands, the right farther back with the spear going over his shoulder, stepping forward with his left foot and getting ready to run. If Lisa was alright with the plan and was ready, he'd say "Ready? Ok, now!" and begin charging straight with Lisa probably to his left(slightly falling behind due to lower speed), maintaining his spear stance. When he got about 6 or so meters away, using his high momentum from running with Abnormal Speed, Icarus jumped into the air, at the same time engaging Wings of Icarus, causing it to be a rather high jump, which at its peak, went multiple feet above the height of Athena's head, and still kept going quickly forwards. It'd only take a brief moment for Lisa to shoot her chains from her distance away, and due to their possibly Phenomenal Speed, at that range, they'd easily reach Athena within a small fraction of a second. Meanwhile, at the peak of his jump, using his Above Average Agility to react, Icarus would activate the full speed of Wings of Icarus(inefficient 3 posts maximum version with 50% more speed potential) combining it with his momentum from running, to achieve a speed that wouldn't be as fast as the chains, but was still very quick, aiming his blow the entire time coming down at Athena with the spear pointing slightly below her neck. His boost in midair would be able to adjust the trajectory of the attack if she dodged the chains in a way that his jump attack angle wasn't right. Due to his momentum, his speed combined with the boost would be the most optimal if she stayed still or stayed still enough that he did not need to redirect his momentum at all. Although the spear itself would probably impact at Athena's upper chest below her neck if she did nothing to evade, Icarus was not just going to fly into her or sail through the air if he missed: his boost would make him land in a way that his feet were on the ground after the spear impact/miss/deflection, although due to it being a boost attack, he wouldn't be able to take advantage of his high attack range like a normal attack with a spear made possible by keeping maximum distance away from her. He was aiming to catch athena off guard with his boost, but if it didn't hit, he didn't have too much of a chance of dealing with his own momentum to avoid an attack by Athena, as his feet would slide a bit after landing. If Lisa didn't agree to anything, he'd listen to see what her plan was and probably go along with it(leading to a second post for Icarus before Athena's post). |

Looking at the expression on the girl's face, he could already tell that it would be a long road to making her ready for godhood. He especially didn't like her personality and wishes to make sure that she isn't like his family, who has twisted morality. He also wanted her to know stuff about how to run the underworld, so it may be beneficial to tell her about that sometime. |

-------------------------------------------------- Name: Lisa Lightshield Health: 0% Prana: 125% Stamina: 60% Current Status Conditions: Health Depleted Ability Status: OFF -------------------------------------------------- As it seemed like her plan would succeed, Lisa suddenly felt an immense pain in her side, following by her flying towards a pillar, hitting it and coughing up blood. It wasn't that she would die from this, but she was, with this, rendered incapable of combat. Although it seemed that the Goddess had admitted that she merely won due to her Godlike Perception, Agility and Speed. Lisa showed a last smile as she pushed herself up. Now sitting, leaning against the pillar, she had to watch as Icarus stood in front of her, trying to discuss a plan. But Lisa shook her head. "I'm sorry, I think I underestimated her. I also couldn't control this magic as well as I hoped.", Feeling defeated, especially after she said she merely wanted to test something out and then have Icarus enter the fight as well, "This one's on you.". |

Icarus Wings of Icarus active Prana:66% After seeing Lisa was too wounded to continue and hearing her leave it to him, Icarus nodded in response and then proceeded with his planned attack anyways. It was still the best way he could think of to attack Athena quickly and possibly surprise her by combining his running momentum with the additional boost of his flight in midair. He hoped he could land a hit and successfully perform the attack just as he'd planned to do. |

Alexandra Argyrou [Athena] She looked slightly disappointed as Lisa got out of the fight, and looked at Icarus with her usual stale expression. He rushed into the sky, and thus was about to attack her head on. She noticed this and raised an eyebrow. He would not have time to change his trajectory then, would he? Seeing this, she timed it perfectly so that once he started his attack, she threw the Gae Bolg at his chest. It should be accurate and strong enough to pierce and stop him. If, by some chance he had dodged or endured the blow, she would move slightly and, trying to hold his spear, redirect him, using his momentum against him, to a nearby column. If this was all successful, she would then look at them blankly and called on Helios. "Helios, can you take over? I feel that I've failed to convey my message." she says a bit begrudgingly before looking at Lisa, remembering that she did promise them death. She then sighed and materialized a crossbow before shooting it right through Lisa's heart. "Well, I suppose it was partly my fault as well." she thought before leaning on a slightly faraway column and taking her glasses and books out of her pocket to continue reading. |

Lucius Aurelius After the fight finished, with all the mortals being killed off,Athena asked if he could take over. Helios felt that more punishment wasn't really necessary, so he wouldn't conduct it himself. They'd failed to get through it the right way, by working together to land a hit, so they'd instead all gotten the full punishment of death and the pain that came along with it. He did understand her sentiment that she'd been partly at fault, although he didn't blame her, the mortals were extremely fragile compared to them, it would certainly have been harder for him to hurt them in a way that didn't kill them as she'd managed to do against the scythe using girl, he was no war god. "If you'd like to continue the punishment yourself, go ahead, but I don't really feel it's necessary, they've already failed and received the death you promised. Well, except for her." If Athena didn't end up shooting Aria, or Hades didn't do anything to kill her, helios would just leave her since Athena was the one who said she'd deal out the death either way. "If neither of you have any objections, I'll just let the first challenge begin." Using his administrative powers of the VR room he healed all the wounds of Lisa and Icarus and removed their pain after a few seconds of leaving them there. "Once the two of you are ready, your challenge can start." Icarus Even with his wounds healed and his pain gone, with Gae Bolg having just been pushed out of his body by the healing, Icarus was still not in the best of conditions after getting brutally killed. It took him a while, more than ten seconds before he could finally get up, and then looked over to Lisa to see if she was ready. |

Now come I will show you my resolve even if it kills me a thousand times. Aria picks up her scythe and puts it over her right shoulder as her dagger is in her left hand. It was clear Aria wasn't done just yet. |

Hades just watched the carnage that Athena was causing, witnessing the mortals getting tossed around like ragdolls. One got flung into a pillar and was now obviously in pain while another get killed by her. It was really shaping up to be the worst case scenario for these guys, until Hades heard Aria say: So goddess why haven't you finished me yet I hope you didn't forget about me. Least I hope not your looking at the future goddess of the underworld. Icuras Lisa how about we try this one more time. We can take her down show them what we mortals are capable of and why they have a good reason to fear us shall we? Now come I will show you my resolve even if it kills me a thousand times. He turned to her and saw the determination she had in her eyes. Even though she was probably gonna get killed a dozen times, she was ready for that. Hades couldn't help but...give a slight grin as he walked out of the VR room, leaving it up to them. |

Avnore The three mortals lost to the gods they were up against and they weren't even close to winning, at least from what Avnore was seeing. He kept hiding in the shadows to eavesdrop on their conversation as one of the Gods left the VR. Hades, the god of the Underworld, told Aria he was the best one to be the next god of the Underworld. On the other hand, the other two mortals were defeated, but not killed because apparently, in this world no one dies. It was all new to Avnore, but it was quite interesting information he caught from this battle. He was quite surprised though that they hadn't noticed Avnore the entire battle. He thought that gods would be able to sense another's presence or they were just simply ignoring him the entire time. He didn't relax his guard as he would be ready if the gods decide to strike him. He then directed his attention to Helios as he last said something. He said that the two mortals would have to do a challenge once they were ready. Avnore kept observing this as he wants to get more information about this place, what the gods do and what mortals have to do. |
