THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER.

;_____; THIS WHOLE VOLUME HAD ME BAWLING. BAWLING. Somehow Sakisaka Io manages to take generic plots and heroines that I would normally dislike and flip it all around into something beautiful.

I really liked this chapter too. And it's good that it's about something as uncommon.

Yes, it´s all very cute, but sometimes it´s a bit too much sweetness for me... I think I liked the first chapter best, but the third was also nice with the twist... =)

I thought this story was super cute and it was sad how much shit she got from others for being transgendered. It makes me wonder if my friend has something that she's hiding that she doesn't want to tell anyone else. If I was her friend, I would probably end up beating those girls up.
I like to think that they end up together though cause he seemed to like her because he enjoyed being with her.

She could be in college and thus, it is not something monitored by teachers and staff or even widely know amongst them. I don't mind the standard shojo formula when there is something like this that deviates from it a little. It was amusing.

More than so being hermaphrodite or intersex, I believe it's a case of gender identity disorder. If you noticed, in the flashback of her kindergarten days, the girls were talking about princesses and has a tulip/ crown shaped name badge (tag) while the boys had a car shaped one and we're playing with Legos (building blocks). Hikaru had a car tag on it. So it clearly shows that she is physically a guy but mentally feels like a girl. She's probably transgender, which also explains the girls who were mocking her about which restroom she would use.
