Does this series have any Detective Conan spoilers?

I'm just over 400 episodes into Conan and I'm not sure if I should watch up to a certain point in that first before watching this show. I don't wanna deal with any Conan spoilers.

they are not spoiling becuz Conan is not really saying anything in kaitos pov, its kaito pov so u really should worry although it's the same case in detective Conan but in a diff pov
