Apart from Misora being annoying, this was a good episode

I really liked seeing the girls bond a lot more and go on to win their first match and Kanata and Yuri are too great together lol

Lecty trusts and understands Rico and vice versa while Misora doesn't, which is what the whole Kanata training is about.

I would like to see her start treating her teammates as equals for starters. Oh she's a bitch, but she has a heart of gold deep down so that's okay? I haven't bitched about anyone being "normal." Closest I've come was calling Lecty a meek yet paradoxically badass pet with nice boobs, which she pretty much is. But if I had to choose between a plain Jane and bitch with a heart of gold who barely, if ever, shows it? Hell yeah I'd take the plain Jane. I'd also take the pet. Character development for all three girls has been very poorly executed, but as Rico has a far more obnoxious attitude than the other two she sticks out as most worthy of criticism.

Misora is quite arrogant herself you know, perhaps even more than Rico. While Rico acts arrogantly, she clearly pays attention to them, she clearly understands the strength and weakness of her teammates.

Misora on the other hand never even paid any attention to her teammates, she never noticed Lecty and her severe social anxiety, nor did she try understand Rico even for a little bit. All she did prior to Kanata's intrusion is to use her position as squad leader to order them around and failed greatly.

I'm not liking character development in this Anime. It's done rather.. I don't know, wrong? Like I didn't even understand Misora's "revelation" this episode because they basically told her all the time to figure it out herself while giving her no clue whatsoever.
