| This was a hot topic way back because people were hating on how the characters looked different from their childhood. (The eyes were a big deal) I watched Digimon when I was a kid, and I can honestly say that when I first saw the poster for Digimon Tri I was like wtf? Then I saw an edited picture of the poster with the old eyes on the new character design and instantly thought it was better. But as time passed by I look at it again and again and I say to myself, "Hey these designs aren't bad at all, maybe its just my nostalgia goggles." And then the trailer came, and we got to see the new character designs in a little action, and I was very pleased. I thought the character design improved and I think all the characters look better then back then. Now that the movie is out and people have watched it and seen the new designs in action, are there people out there who still think the older character designs are better?
