| Ok this is where you request your Club ID's!!!!!! here's the format: D.o.B: (this is for your background, see Zodiac Signs) ID Number: POST NUMBER (number requests will be ignored as I have #1 post my ID will be 1) NAME: JOB/GENDER: (each job has M/F except 2 jobs choose your job and gender if you want a main character as your picture mention it after chosing your job, note this will replace gender) BRAVE NUMBER: (between 1-99) FAITH NUMBER: (between 1-99) Zodiac Signs Jobs Main Characters (note: only one claim per main character) so here's mine: D.o.B - Aquarius ID Number - 1 Name - DarkWay Job - Black Mage / Male Brave Number - 78 Faith Number - 76 My finished ID Card CLAIMED LIST (main characters only) Finished ID's will be posted on your comments on your profile page |
