Uh, just got my ass handed to me a couple times. Was inspired to make this topic.

Nu - Longinus218
0-7. Fuck!
Tao - xyzadu
4-4 even
Tager - MikeZwasTaken (runnerup: BeefyLoveLord, LostSoul526)
0-2, (0-3, 10-14 him)
Litchi - Nona_Nanona
2-15 LAWLZ

Every other character is a joke because I have yet to fight a player as good as the above. I'd blame tiers for my suckage but it's funny because I feel like Tager has an advantage over me when it's really 5/5. As for nu... fucking fuck!

I'd mention a Carl but I learned how to get out of clap loop 99% of the time and shit became so much easier he doesn't want to play me anymore.

Hakumen: Karura

Honestly, I need to pick this game back up, but I don't think I'll be maining Litchi anymore.
I may move to Jin, regardless of what people think. >_>

Well.

Haku-men - Karura
Self explanatory.
Jin - Skryba
7-33 Yeah, he's just that good. I still managed to Astral Heat him, tho. :x
Nu - Aniki_2
2-13 Lol, really, this one just hurts.

I know a Tager player but, I still give him a beating, despite baiting him into using Emerald Tager Buster a lot, since I rushdown a lot against him, aka, not willing to give him enough space to move.

I've beat that dude before. =D

Hrmm. Don't usually remember the names of the people I play, since I mostly go for random ranked matches. I still frequently get dominated by scrub Noel's, though, so I'm not in a great position to talk about good players.

Yeah, I was in a room with Longinus and xyzadu and for the most part they seemed about even. I think it's just the match up (Hakumen and Tager have the WORST time dealing with the big 3 (2 : 8, but honestly it feels like 1 : 9) and Tao has a somewhat evener match, if you call 4.5 : 5.5 in Nu's favor even) or I was just sucking.

And yeah bro, scrub Noel's are harder then decent Noels for me lol.

Yeah, Tao's only really sucky matchup is vs. Arakune, and even then it's better than Hakumen's odds. :\

And lol, I started using Tager vs. any Noel I'm not sure about. Spamming Throw -> Atomic Collider -> 2D works miracles.

I just fought faultydefense's Bang and well, he's damn good. As expected though. He perfected me the first round with some tactics I've never seen Bang do (probably my first good Bang fight). Second round was a lot closer, with him still winning.

Fought against Skryba, damn he´s good. I wasn`t so bad though, either. He had like 20% 30% Hit points at the end of some rounds. But when he`s pissed off and unleashes his super special awesome combos :(

Holy god. I didn't even know Nu could move like that. I managed to win a round, but then he decided it was time for srs bsns and perfected me on the next two.

QickDrawMcgraw - Jin

Dude plays a mean Jin. Fought him a bunch of times but no victories yet.

I need to check. But the thing is I have a 85% win percentage against Jin players. I dunno why. The only Jin who gave me trouble was Skryba.

Also I played a Ragna Anno_hideki or something. he has 100% win quote. THAT dude was a beast! But it doesn't matter, because I'm always afraid of Ragnas and lose like 80% of the time.

Just fought TyrantShark.

Is supposedly the best Haku-men on gfaqs; I won 2-0 pretty easy. He had so many holes it was kinda weird. There's plenty of better Haku's then me, but I guess gfaqs is the wrong place to look.

It's funny, because most of the people who are actually good on gfaqs don't frequent the boards all that often and/or are dustloop people (ShoMeYaMoves, faultyD etc). I've yet to fight this SuperKawaiiDesu dude who supposedly is beastly with Noel, but I doubt he's all that great; at best (factoring the other "top" gfaqs level players) he'd be at my level and I ain't all that great.

If that's the same person as "SupaKawaiDesu" (I think?), then yeah, he wasn't that good. Beat him with Tager pretty easily.

Also, I forgot about XwaffleY from Gamefaqs. He's like the only good player there that isn't associated with Dustloop (I think?). Beastly Ragna.

Speaking of Ragna, take a look at the top 5 Ragnas on PSN. See number 4? Yup, I beat em. Didn't leave much of an impression to warrant rememberance of his name. Started with a C?

Fought him again, went 1:3 in his favor.

Considering I never lose to Noel anymore, I'd say he knows what he's doing.

Well during this time he switched he main over to Ragna (which I am like, 4-13 against) but yeah, still can't get past what is now his sub.

Its so predictable, yet I have no clue how to actually get 2 rounds off of him

Yeah, Litchi was like that for me for a long time. Right now I fight her based on pure instinct... low block, low block, low block... probably high... low, low, low, sledge, etc.

Needless to say, this goes poorly once I fight a Litchi for a few rounds and she starts mixing things up.

Litchi is one tricky booby lady and she can be pretty unpredictable. Personally what I do is do a lot of rushdown on her while staying defensive. I always watch out for how Litchi uses her rod. You have to pay attention to it because Litchi can very easily use it to screw up your attack on her and put you into a combo.

Being a Bang player, I get a pretty good advantage because the drive I have can pretty easily reverse a lot of what she does. However, like with anyone else, overusing the move will only make you predictable and easy to use. as Bang, I try not to fly around her as often because she has a lot of moves which can take down anyone who's in the air. I tend to charge her and basically try doing combos on her from the start. Though how well I do against her is really dependant on the player, really.

The main idea to fighting Litchi is to keep the pressure on her but keeping sure you keep watch of that rod and stay defensive. Though I guess that's easier said than done...

Litchi forces Tager into a game of footsies where Tager ultimately fails at. However spark bolt is the saving grace, allowing you to get a free magnetize and get close so long as you're careful. After that you just have to watch out for dp.

In short when against Litchi, don't get cornered.
