My first anime was Heidi. It used to run on Cartoon Network in 2000.  Apparently it's still popular among the older people (24-30 year olds) because when I posted this on IVG, everyone became nostalgic. :P |

| My first anime was when i was 20 years old :D I used to watch a lot of youtube videos and i happened to chance upon PewDiePie playing the corpse party game. In one of the comments someone suggested watching the anime so i decided to try it out. Corpse Party Tortured Souls was my first anime. (No i had not watched pokemon, dbz before this) One of my friends saw me watching it and suggested Death Note and AoT. And since then, i have not been able to stop. It has only been a year since then but i enjoyed every bit :D |

| Dragon Ball, Heidi or Cardcaptor Sakura any one of them is my first anime, don't exactly remember which I watched first as I was pretty young. But I actually got into anime because Cartoon Network stopped airing Naruto at about 50 episode, so to continue the series I turned to internet and after that my anime journey begun. |

I had borrowed one of my batchmate's external HD for movies & 'stuff' and I came across an anime folder, I copied it and then started randomly watching them. The folder also included among others - Clannad, Aoi Bungaku, FMAB and Princess Mononoke. |

First anime was Doraemon .. but then again, the official anime I first watched was Nodame Cantabile Finale .. but unfortunately I could only see the last few eps .. | "Technically" my first anime (or rather just say cartoon) was Pokemon. Time passed by and stuff like Doraemon, Ninja Hattori, etc piled up in my watched list. So, my first anime was Bleach and Tagami Baichi(I only found out about this anime a week ago in some other club discussion). I used to watch it on ANIMAX(around 2010-11) in sub until my DTH service dropped it just few months later. You can say I was kicked out of the anime realm before I even got a chance to enter. Only after I got into college (just last year) did I took anime seriously and binge watched whole Bleach series, fully aware now of the term 'Anime'. It really changed my life (upside-down) :p I was in Russia this summer, then and there I started and finished Naruto partially because Internet was too damn fast over there, like 80 mbps and moreover it was free. |

After that i accidently stumbled upon Animax and wateched The law of Ueki and yu yu hakusho After that i never missed a chance to watch annything that came on animax and my journey began :) After that in college time i got my own laptop and then the long long journey of bleach, one piece and naruto. After Completing these i wanted something more so went for youtube to get more and more less famous and most famous stuff. So i started with shonen and then tried t lean towards everything else |

| The first anime that I watched was Pokémon Advanced Generation. I was about 7 years old at that time.Then I watched Dragon Ball Z ,then Doreamon, Shinchan, Kitretsu,etc. I also watched One Piece but I do not remember much about it. Even now I enjoy watching those animes ! |

| Lol I don't wanna tell this but I guess here I go. In summer vacation I was at my grandma's house just borred, they recently got a set up box so I thought of just surfing through the channel and I found animax, the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya was playing and I instantly got attached to it but still didn't knew of anime lol after that animax disappeared from subscriptions. Years after that, that is a year ago I decided to research that show that is melancholy of haruhi suzumiya I didn't knew the name and I did forgot all about it but I was bored to death by only playing games so only little in hands I started my search and I by mistake landed on hentai not gonna lie I enjoyed it lol but still didn't knew of it's origin i.e Japan or anything about anime. weeks went by I finally remembered name of the show the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya and I watched it and I felt satisfied but after finishing it a strange empty felling I never before had got into me so I searched for similar shows and then I stumbled upon the "ANIME" pretty dumb right after that it was fun time I got into anime too much I just raced through some amazing anime and felt that empty feeling again so I started to watch more untill recently the hunger and the empty feeling got somewhat weak. And so I started watching anime just before my exams thankfully I did studied and balanced everything |

| Spirited Away, back when I was 8 or so. Even though I watch all sorts of stuff now, I'm glad I saw Ghibli movies before any other anime. But I think the first TV anime I saw, and the only one I've *ever* seen actually on TV (a satellite channel I think?), was Natsume Yuujinchou, while staying with family in Mumbai. I should rewatch it, it's been a while. |
