| obviously gauken k isn't canon (but i still want it translated dang it!). but as for the other mangas (except for re-writes of the show and movie) i'd like to say they are. for example on yata's wiki page his history includes some of the manga's info so at least memories of red is canon, at least to that wiki site. if anyone has any information of S/E or Viz even hinting it's canon, plas tell us! i'd love to have this confirmed D: |

| i feel rather stupid, but i just came across the lost small world manga and i happened to see who wrote it. unsurprisingly it was gora themselves. needless to be said it's pretty save to say the manga are canon besides for the obvious spinoffs, like that school one. |
