| Suzune She kept looking at Rhys, expecting him to say something as her tail softly went back and forth, her head slightly tilted, until she asked a question "Were you held in a dungeon as well?" Farron She looked at Itami, or rather Raven, though her mind was fuzzled for the moment, as she stared at him. She watched him leave, then looked at Alice "Well.... any plans of what to do?" She asked, unsure of what Alice wanted to do now |
| She shook her head, "can you freeze Suzunes chains so they'll break off?" She asked shaking herself back into reality and trying not to dwell on Itami, "I'm sorry for before, taking the picture without asking I mean" she clarified for the boy, trying to take the situation under control |
| Farron She looked at Alice and nodded "Sure I can" She said, getting up "I didnt know she was wearing chains" She added to it, then looked around "I'm guessing its the cat on the bed, right?" She said, her normal cold voice once again returning Suzune She let out a little 'yeep' as she heard her name, and the fact that apparently the woman who had been acting so cold was going to get her out of them, she didnt even know if she should be happy now or not |
| "No, i wasn't held in a dungeon, i assume you were since you ask that" Rhys said, not minding the strange question |
| Suzune She looked at Rhys, her ears dropping a bit as she realized her question didnt get answered as she expected, thus most likely being a weird one "O-oh... I though... since.... you know.... you have ears as well...and all" She mumbled |
| "I understand, my life hasn't been great either though" Rhys says |
| Alice watched the exchange in silence, silently searching for Farrons hand, she was scared, and Farron seemed to be the only person that was there and knew she wasnt a lie. Right now, Farron was her rock |
| Suzune "Somehting else than a dungeon?" She asked, a bit unsure. She didnt even know anything than her dungeon up till today Farron She softly held on to Alice's hand, smiling softly at her for a moment, then brought her other hand to the girl "Hold on for a moment" She said, taking hold of the chains and starting to freeze them. 1 minute later, she slammed her hand onto it, breaking the chains and repeating it at her other hand, making Suzune shive in cold for the moment "There" She said, then turned back to Alice, still holding her hand |
| Rhys nods "You see, i hail from Lapland, Finland, i lived in low class in poverty. My father is an assassin and he was never home, i never got to know my mother, not even see her. Whole town hated me and my family, i had no friends and everyday was fight for survival, i struggled to find food and had to fight for my life everyday" Rhys explains, a tear rolls down his cheek as he memorizes his sad history |
| Suzune She looked at Rhys for a moment, then slightly tilted her head "What's Finland?" She asked softly, a bit unsure. she barely understood anything he was talking about really, but figured that would be the first question. She did know that he had had it tough, she knew that |
| "My home country, it's located at north Europe" Rhys says sounding a bit depressed |
| Suzune She kept staring at Rhys, only more confused at what he said. He wouldnt know this, but she had never been educated about topography, heck, she didnt even know the world was divided in countries or how big it was, thus only causeing her more confusion |
| Rhys looks up to Farron and Alice "Hey, do you remember when the opening ceremony was supposed to start?" he asks |
| Farron She looked up at Rhys, her cold glare piercing to his eyes "I just arrived" She simply said, before turning her attention to Alice again Suzune She let out a slight 'eep' at the sudden cold voice of the woman, quickly deciding to try and stay on her good side |
| So cold... was all that went through Rhys' head at that moment He sighs and turns back to Suzune, "Do you want to share your story or...?" He asks |
| Suzune She looked at Rhys for a moment, then looked down, before looking up at him once more, unsure of what to say. She looked at him, not wanting to make some sad story, then took a deep breath, looking down at the bed sheets "W-well.... I've always been with the Miroto family. They've kept me in the dungeon, my hands had always been chained up, so I was practically hanging all the time, and they always only came to give me some food or drinks, if they weren't hitting, squeezing or..." She paused for a moment, unsure of what it was called again, and tried explaining it a bit "Y-you know when... when a man forcefully inserts their err thingy into someone else?" She said, completely unsure of what the naming was again, then went on "A-and that's really all I've done" She finished, then realized how she told it was said, and quickly looked up and waving her hands "Ah, b-but today was the day I got to see sunlight, and Alice gave me this delicious thing called fruit" She quickly said, smiling a bit "With banana and apple and ehm... ehm..... p-...pear?" She said unsure |
| "I see, you've had more rough than i have then i have..." Rhys says and spaces out oh man, how do i continue from here, i never really got to talk with people, outside of insults and stuff like that he thought, having a troubled expression on his face. |
| Suzune She looked at Rhys, seeing the troubled expression on his face and quickly waved her hands in front of him, before looking down. She knew it, she shouldnt have told him all that, she problem troubled him and all that now "I-I'm sorry" She mumbled |
| Rhys wakes up from his spacing out as Suzune apologizes, "No no, it isn't your fault, i'm just bad with people" he says |
| Suzune She looked at Rhys, tilting her head a bit "Really?" She asked unsure "I...I didnt do anything wrong?" She asked softly, her tails still laying flat on her head |
| "No, you did nothing wrong, i just hate being son of an assassin, it's my fathers fault that i never got any friends or learned to talk with people" Rhys says, barely holding the tears |
| Suzune She heard how he said it wasnt her fault, her ears standing up again and her tail moving, though immediately dropping at his second comment, feeling a bit sad once more "O-oh..." She only managed to say, unsure of what to do next |
| "S-sorry for being like this, i'm just tired and it really is just sensitive subject for me" Rhys says, not knowin what else he could say |
| Alice had witnessed it all in silence, showing this awkward moment to step in, "We should probably go to the assembly.." she trailed off, her eyes glancing for the forgotten ice pack as she reached out for it anew |
| Suzune She looked up at the sudden movement of Alice, and quietly nodded, moving her legs to stand up from the bed. This didnt go as planned however, as she quickly fell back, finding herself unable to stand properly, she had always hang in chains after all. She looked at Rhys, hoping he would perhaps help her or the like Farron She looked at Alice and nodded, standing up "Guess we should then" She said "To the assembly of.... something" She mumbled, as cold as ever, not knowing where they were going, but not wanting to separate from Alice |
| As he notices Suzune having troubles standing up, he gets up "may i help you?" Rhys asks |
| Suzune "Ah... i-if you wouldnt mind" She said softly, reaching her arms out to him |
| Rhys takes her hand and puts it over his neck to his other shoulder, he blushes a bit, this afterall was closest he ever has been to girl "A-alright, whenever you are ready" He says |
| Suzune She nodded as well, having a faint blush across her face as she tensed up for a moment, trying to hold on over his shoulder, her feet above the ground "O-on three" She mumbled "1......2!" She said, trying to stand up 1 count too early |
| Alice grabbed the ice while not letting go of Farrons hand as she walked out of the infirmary, wanting to give them both some privacy and hissing under her breath when she applied the cold ice pack to her jaw |
| Rhys of course not ready for Suzune standing up count too early, just barely manages to balance both of them so that he or Suzune wouldn't fall. "O-okay, let's just take this slowly" he says still lightly blushing |
| Suzune She almost fell up to the point where Rhys managed to keep the both up, blanancing slightly on her feet, but mostly hanging onto Rhys "O-okay" She mumbled, blushing a bit as well like before Farron She kept holding onto Alice's hand as well as she saw her grab the ice pack and put it against her jaw, walking with her out of the infirmary "If it needs to be cooled again, I'm right here" She mumbled, referring to the ice pack |
| Rhys keeps an eye on Suzune and takes step when she takes one, trying to keep them both balanced and letting Suzune lead them |
| Suzune She kept blushing, especially as she noticed Rhys looking at her, and tried her best to keep herself balanced with his help, slowly making progress to the exit "I-...I'm sorry for this" She mumbled |
| "D-don't be *Rhys thinks for a moment* that's why friends exist, right?" he says still blushing |
| Suzune She blushed up and completely froze for a moment as he said they were friends "F-friends?" She asked. She knew what the word meant, and how many times the family had told her she would never be able to get any, as no one knew of her existence |
| "Y-yes, something wrong?" Rhys says completely taken off guard by this sudden stop |
| [b]Rowen[/b] Rowen shooked her head. Obviously, this Itami wasn't one they wanted to come back, but Alice couldn't seem to understand it. "He betrayed us and joined the enemy Alice, and that is something I can never forgive, not after what I saw. He paid the price with death, and dead he shall remain, even if I have to put him back in his grave." She pulled the hood back around her face. |
| (Alice left already O.o) Suzune "A-ah, n-no, we can be friends" She quickly said, blushing completely as she started moving again |
| Rhys notices Suzunes heavy blushing and smiles, finding it cute "Good" he says being extremely happy for finally having a friend |
| Suzune She nodded again, still blushing as she tried to keep walking "D-don't let go" She mumbled, trying to keep her balance, slowly getting more used to things |
| "Don't worry, i wont let go" Rhys says |
| Suzune she nodded, still holding on to Rauzi "We're going to an assembly right?" She said softly |
| "Yes, that's where we are headed" Rhys says as they reach the infirmary door |
| Suzune "Alright" She said softly, still walking forward, getting a bit faster as she got more used to it, then looked at Rhys "M-maybe.... no nevermind" She mumbled, quickly looking away blushing |
| Rhys gets curious about what she was about to say but decides not to ask about it. He notices that Suzune is picking up a pace a bit as they proceed to hallway "Hey, you're starting to get hang of it" He says |
| Suzune "T-thank you" She said with a mile, looking at him again, then away, blushing once more, taking a deep breath and looked at him again "Could you carry?" She said "Itll probably get us there quicker" She said softly "Dont wanna be late" |
| Rhys blushes to this question, "S-sure" he says and crouches to pick her up to piggy back "grab on my shoulders and hold tight" he says |
| Suzune She looked at him and smiled, going onto his back, her arms wrapped around his neck and her chest pressing against him as she clung to him "O-okay, Im ready" |
