| Name: Oto Uriwa Age: 29 Birthday: June 15th Species: Athletic Human Gender: Male Category: Headmaster Class: Appearance Description: Personality Description: Oto has a very calm personality, remaining unperturbed and composed when fighting someone.Also, he is cold and calculating when facing an enemy, even greeting them before they fight. Despite his stotic personality though, he is capable of making friends. Powers: Strong Power 1: IXA- A koukaku type quinque, made from the organs of a ghoul, that takes the form of a lance attached to a gun-sword handle with a spiked pommel. It is able to change form into a shield that is capable of blocking potent attacks coming towards Oto. It is also capable of changing into a secondary offensive form that changes the shape of the quinque into several tentacles which can home and pierce any enemy of Oto's choosing. It can turn in gas that goes directly inside a black and gold briefcase. Strong Power 2: Narukami- A ukaku type quinque, also made from the organs of a ghoul, that takes the form of 4 satellite panels attached to a rapier handle. The quinque can shoot bolts of lightning that can home towards a target of Oto's choosing. It also has the ability to combine the panels into a single rapier blade that can cut through steel. This also turns into a gas that goes inside a different green and black briefcase. Strong Power 3: Smoke Screen- He can create a cloud of smoke around an area. This makes it harder for enemies to see him coming. Biography: Oto had a pretty nice childhood, but once he reached age 14, he became bored. As such, he joined a group that wanted to wipe ghouls off the face of the earth. After being hailed as the group's shimigami (God of Death), many ghouls and other species have tried to take him down with no prevail. Soon, he found friends in some ghouls, like Alius when he was 21, so he left the group, but as soon as WW3 hit, he took part in hunting down Wicked. He killed some members of Wicked, including the leader Shin in a battle that lasted 2 hours alongside Shin's wife Elsa. But, afterwards, he was defeated by Soujiro and killed. He, then, was resurrected 8 years after the war. After a year of not knowing what to do, he got a call from Ace High that Alius was killed and they needed a new headmaster.
