You'll see a lot of spanish stuff in terms of Arrancar. It is their theme. The arc more and more shows how unprepared the majority of the soul society really is. Peace time has really dulled them. You have no idea. If i wanna put some criticism to the show i wanna say it's the pacing. A fight would start then it would jump to another fight, then another then resolves the last fight that started going back to the first fight that kicked off the chain of fights. in effect it also makes the series "punch-lines" loose impact because they would take so long to do it. like during this recent fight with Rukia fighting an Espada the twist was obvious, i dont think they were really trying to make it a "twist" twist but as a punchline it just took too long to get through. Well that has to do with not wanting to catch up to manga(they do midway the arc though and there will be batch of fillers to skip then) And the manga already is written in style of storyboard(unlike other manga) so padding in anime feels awful. |

| Eh, I probably enjoyed it that much because of the OST. It's not really that good, yeah. It's funny how people rage so much about Slaine being confirmed selfish and evil. I mean, he's probably my favorite character from the show, but it's pretty obvious Slaine's actions were evil. As for the ending, well, s3 is all but officially confirmed so I guess that's nice. |

Last two or three canon ops are fucking masterpieces. And the show's art style starts going closer to manga. 12th OP is fucking perfection, but 13th manages to top that to godhood. |

| Haven't read it yet. Only read Amane and Michiru. Put Yumiko and Sachi on hold halfway through them. I love GnK's comedy, but the drama and background exposition are too long for its own good imo. (I did put them on hold after I got all the initial exposition out of the way though) I think hours of info dump usually don't make for the most touching experience. S;G and MLA didn't need any of that and they have some of the most fascinating drama I've seen. I mean, GnK's a different novel and all, but I just find it far better when the build up happens more naturally. |

| Skipped? No I just kept diverging every time I found a choice, That why I did Makina's route first. By the time I had finished 4-5 heroines I took a break I never returned from. So I still haven't done the black haired girls route. Believe me the comedy was what kept me going. |

| Oh, you meant Yumiko. I thought you were talking about the common route. I wouldn't call Yumiko's route the main route. Honestly, I don't think there's any main route. If anything, I heard it's similar to Makina's in that it covers some of Yuuji's past, but apparently Yumiko's route doesn't do it as well. I read somewhere it was a better idea to get Yumiko out of the way before Makina because of that, but since I haven't finished either, I can't really say much. |
