| After cav9 and tainted's discussion about AMVs, I started thinking an AMV wasn't a bad idea, but knowing it takes a lot of work lets do it the lazy way. we each bring 3 american songs from any time period that we think we make a good AMV. 1) The song has to be made to fit one anime series/ movie/ ova, no split / spliced series. 2) The selections must be kept secret, so that way others can see if they could pick out the series, so the more popular or a series that was watched by all would probably be a better pick, but that's up to the individule. 3) Must not be based on an already made AMV. We judge in 3 rounds and the winner of the entire thing will get CAV9's copy of Sacred 2 (I'm just saying this because most likely he'll never get to reading this...ha ha ha) Tell me what you guys think. |
| I'm not too clear on what you're proposing here. You want us to pick music and then we guess what anime would fit the song? Then what? We make an AMV out of it? Or...? Giving away Cav9's copy of Sacred 2 probably wouldn't work. He'd just buy another copy LOL |

| It's more like a little fun side thing contest for the club. each person picks 3 songs, each song has to represent one anime (example: Micheal Jackson's Thriller + the Ghost Stories anime put out by ADV that you all watched awhile ago) as long as the song can match the anime in some way. To make it more fun just keep your selections to yourselves to see if the club can guess the anime after listening to the song. Three rounds and then the winner of the three rounds...I would like to make it into a AMV but I guess that would be up to the group as a whole. we do have a creative and capable group....but, for now I thought just for fun and see who is reading the post and will actually have the three songs. yes, you are right he would just buy another copy...SIGH! |

| Guessing sounds difficult considering the thousands of possibilities that can be used together. Still, I'll give it a shot although I'm not sure I can even come up with one song, let alone three. |

| Great job, great choices guys. The AMV that will tried be worked on will be Tainted Donuts (lupe fiasco: Little Weapons / Gunslinger Girls) Thanks to everyone for their song choices. Enjoy that copy of Sacred 2, Tainted. |
