Describe your Power: No magical capabilities. However, Shadowrazor, like his predecessors, is one of the worst combatants you would wish to fight. It is obvious that, rather than being taught, he developed his own style with a blade and various other forms of weaponry. He excels mainly with blades, whether it be twin style, a two-handed one, one-handed, etc, he is an expert with it. He can even be pretty handy in a fist fight. Also possesses a decent strategic capability as well as has a knack for covert operations such as reconnaissance, sabotage and even assassination among others. Can be noted that he is capable of using medium to long range weapons, such as bows or throwing knives, however they are not his speciality. And as stated before, Shadowrazor has zero talent for any type of magic and, as such, must rely on his resourcefulness to counter adept users of it. Favorite Weapon: Kagekiyo (6 ft. Broadsword, also generally carries two shorts swords) Bio and Personality: There has long since been a shadow of the Okleiv family. That, supposedly eternal being, is called Shadowrazor. Shadowrazor has acted as a trustworthy guardian and adviser of the family since centuries back. According to popular belief and mythology, Shadowrazor is thought of as a familiar or spirit who’s sole purpose is to protect the family’s blood. However, this is merely due to the fact that Shadowrazor, once becoming too old, passes the duty to their son. They switch discreetly and without warning, so none know if one Shadowrazor has been around for a long time or has recently stepped in. This has created the myth that Shadowrazor is an eternal and loyal servant of the Okleiv. Several years before the disappearance of Zuur’s parents, Shadowrazor vanished. Now, this, at first, was nothing new. He would come and go, disappear and reappear sporadically. However, he always returned. Not this time, though. And then, several years after the disappearance of Shadowrazor, Zuur’s parents disappeared as well. It was only after then that Shadowrazor returned. When he returned, he begged forgiveness from the new leader and explained, though barely, that he was gather intelligence and dealing with a matter that he believed would have jeopardized the family, however he was ironically unable to prevent the disappearance of the rulers. Since then, Shadowrazor has lost some of his popularity… and trust. Some still believe that he serves the Okleiv as much as he is able, yet many blame him for not stopping the disappearance of Zuur’s parents and some even think he is the cause of said event, though that is merely the more ignorant finding something to take their anger out on. Regardless of his public opinion, Shadowrazor still loyally serves the family. Shadowrazor is difficult to describe. Much of himself is unknown, however you can slightly piece together his personality, or the base of it at least. Firstly, he is extremely loyal to the Okleiv and will normally obey orders without question, the only instance in which he would disobey would be when said order jeopardizes Zuur herself. He appears a bit cocky and will often taunt his opponent and make snappy remarks as well as flirtatious ones (even towards Zuur herself, depending on whether she believes the ill rumors of him or still trusts him). Though, he does take his job seriously and is seen as very protective of Zuur. Shadowrazor tries to help her best he can, whether that be advice or comfort. It would be hard to find someone who’m you’d want to rely on more. What does your character look like? Quote: -”I am her sword, shield and dagger. I am her shadow.” -”No! No, no, no no, no… No. Lemme stop you right there. See, this is how this is going to go down. I’m gonna’ make some cocky remark. You retards are gonna’ get all pissy and charge like idiots. He could be one of those that know a lot about Zuur's family and quite the mystery. I like it. Although Zuur has a lot in her mind, noticing him with the flirtatious acts would be a hard until she does. Because she's not experienced with social abilities. Bio and Personality: Takuma was born in the far north in a tribe of elfs. Blessed with a long life, he soon decided to study the arcane arts of magic. Shortly after he started to study magic, it became obvious that his only talent is barrier magic. That said his barrier magic was on a higher level than anyone else in the tribe, even as a student his barrier spells were stronger than that of seasoned mages. It didn't matter how hard he studied, it was impossible for him to be better than below average in other magic categories. As he continued to study he was able to create the "phalanx" barrier magic. It took him about 150 years to get there, that being said the "phalanx" is an extremely powerful spell, even though it is limited in range. Many of the older generations said that this spell was the strongest barrier spell that is completed. But Takuma knew that his spell is not completed yet. He would call it completed once he figured out how to overcome the weaknesses in the spell. After staying another 50 years in the north, he became aware of the fact that he would not be able to complete the spell in his birthplace. At the age of 200 years he started to travel through the world, looking for a way to complete his spell. He travelled 50 years through all kind of regions, moved through deserts crossed the ocean, learned martial arts on the way and many other things, but still couldn't complete his dream. She also has very mild hypnotic abilities, only able to make people enter a trance. She cannot control them due to her inexperience. Favorite Weapon: She has no favorite weapon other than her voice. She loves to sing. Bio and Personality:Yuza is insane to put shortly. She likes to sing, especially nursery rhymes and do it at strangest moments.She also fears no one (due to her insanity) and never mentions her family name because she is too distraught to even hear it.She is also a very good cook and very friendly. She was once born into the strongest family from the noblest clan of fighters. Thus, she underwent vigorous training so that she can uphold the family reputation. Her family is known as the best and she had to keep up the family name. One day, her clan was attacked by another clan. Instead of a full out war, they agreed to only send one representative to duel for the fate of the clans so that there will be less casualties. The opposing clan was much weaker than them and thus they sent Yuza as their representative so that she can prove herself to the clan. Yuza was only 12 and is easily the best 12 year old in her clan. However, she was fighting against a massive giant from the other clan. The battle was extremely furious, Yuza was winning at first despite the age and height difference. But the opponent started to play dirty and used weapons in an unarmed combat fight. She still held her ground, slowly wearing the opponent out and still winning the fight. The opponent then called for 3 more men to back him up. Yuza can’t defeat 4 men with weapons all by herself. Yuza was only 12, and after a very long battle, she was dropped to her knees and defeated by the 4 men with weapons. Yuza’s parents looked at her with disgust and her clan surrendered like they promised, the clan may be powerful, but they sure are stupid. The opponents however showed no mercy and decided to slaughter every single member of Yuza’s clan. She was forced to watch her whole clan slaughtered in front of her eyes, including her parents. This took a massive toll on her and she lost her sanity. She then laughed manically and killed the giant who fought against her and ran away. Some people tried to stop her but she killed anyone in her way until the leader of the opposing clan decided to let her go. The King and Queen of Casthradia did nothing to help Yuza or her clan, this caused her to build up a deep hatred for the royal family. She plans to get close to the princess of Casthradia and betray her to show her much it pains to lose a family. She built up a fantasy that the royalties of the Casthradia betrayed her in her hour of need. What does your character look like? Replace her green eye with lavender. Quote: "I had faith once..." | (More will probably be revealed about the character throughout the RP) Name: Flynn McAnthy Age: 21 Gender: Male Height: 6'1 (185.42cm) Weight: 151lb Eye Color:Blue – At first he was kind and he believed what he was trying to accomplish was right. That was his real personality, although it has been altered over time. Type of Casthradian: Master archer (though he doesn't work for the kingdom), Son of Klaus: the man who killed the princess' parents. Describe your Power: Nullified Chasm: Flynn has a power that, unlike most powers, isn't based on attack. It gets the name chasm from the dim, empty void he creates around himself, like the gap in between a chasm. Simply put, it works as a shield that surrounds him and the space around him. When active, anything (whether it be people or projectiles) that make contact or enter the translucent light grey sphere lose all their energy almost instantly, meaning they either stop dead in their tracks and fall, or only just move at extremely slow speeds. Surprisingly enough, the only thing that is unaffected by the sphere is Flynn, meaning everything that is froze or slowed down inside the sphere is harmless to him, or stuck in his trap. Obviously he cant keep it active forever, and it will eventually diminish, meaning he will have to wait while he gains enough power to use it again. The diameter of the circle is approximately 4m, which can be increased if he was to master the power. Favorite Weapon: Clan: Midnight Hallows – Head Overseer. She uses her wooden staff that she her grandfather crafted for her, specially only for her. She's stealthy and sneaky. He basic attacks could be lightning and wind. She uses all sorts of special abilities using lighting and wind. She surely cannot fly but she uses her wind abilities to float in mid air for a couple of minutes and gain her advantage to destroy whoever is on her path. She's swift, sneaky and intelligent. Favorite Weapon: Hood n' Swifter (It's a wooden staff taller than she is.) Heightened reactions, increased physical parameters, flexibility, power channeling, reinforced durability, etc. all become possible. At high levels, even gravity and supernatural abilities can be warded. There are three styles contained in this art: 狼武|亀武|竜武 that allow offensive, defensive and unpredictable maneuver, movements and attacks. Ranks start from 10 Kyuu and go to 1 Kyuu. After that, they start from Beginner Dan to 10 Dan. From 10 Dan, there is the Instructor Rank and finally, the Master Rank. Reaching a minimum rank of 10 Dan enables the fourth and final (secret) style: 混沌王猿神武. Naked and stranded into the wild upon being born, Isshiki sought out food with the monkeys he lived with. These monkeys in particular, were quite the menacing opponents - Not only did that possess unbelievable intelligence, but they were also fueled with the the burning instinct to survive. To constantly ward off predators, to find delicious fruits to enjoy, and to serve loyalty under the Monkey King. What was exceptional about these monkeys were their ability to actually start communicating in the languages of the Casthradia, upon hearing them for the first time - This event took place when Isshiki was about 11 years old. Not only that, but these Monkeys would also attempt to copy the movements and actions of these Casthradia who had passed by. These inherent ability to copy somebody which was originally bestowed upon the Monkeys, also became part of Isshiki. Eventually, at the age of 12, the Monkey King had finally returned from his long journey. The Monkeys followed him upwards, onto a notable Mountain. As they entered the mountain, they found that the gravity was already 5x as great - Many of the Monkeys could not pass through. Hence, the Monkey King began to teach Unity Arts ... A style of martial arts designed by himself, to ward off the powers of the gravity itself. Isshiki was notable for being quite young and reaching 1 Dan in a matter of years - He then left ways with the tribe and journey onwards, like the Monkey King did ... Deciding he would eventually come back to challenge the King for the 'Master' Rank. He believed that people referred to what he was feeling as love. Not only was she beautiful and smart she was also a master witch. Everyday he would wake up looking forward to training with his love. The feeling of butterflies in his stomach whenever he thought of her. That feeling that he had searched for so long was finally here. It was too perfect to be true, but everything changed that one day……..TO BE CONTINUED Personality: Kagutsuchi is well respected by everyone in the palace/town. He is often referred to as gramps due to his age. People will usually come to him when they have a problem they wish to discuss or when they want a weapon made. He has limited precognitive abilities, but he can't control his visions and often can't make sense of them until it is too late. A relatively useless power. Zane's main power is excellent control over fire and ice magic. He can control these powers perfectly, unless he is thrown into true emotional trauma. He can shape the fire and ice for his own amusement, but attempting to use both powers at once would cancel them out. Extended use of magic tires Zane. He is looking into illusionary powers, but with limited success. He tends to use these powers to maim only, however, often refusing to fight to kill. Favorite Weapon: Zane favors a staff, only slightly shorter than him and shorn of a mythic black metal. It is topped with a stone which swirls with red and blue energy, representing his fire and ice powers. He also carries a small dagger for melee use. His familiar, a viper named "Hecate", could also be considered a weapon. It fights alongside Zane in battle. Clan: Currently unaffiliated, but is open to recruitment. Bio and Personality: Zane does not remember his own childhood. According to his memories, his life started at the age of 17 (or is it 18? He can never remember) when he awoke in the middle of a forest with no memories of his past. His childhood, however, is as follows: Zane was born in a small and religious Casthradian village to a peasant man and his mistress. Although the baby was illegitimate, the man took the baby when the mistress died tragically of a hemorrhagic fever, and Zane was raised by the man and his wife. The wife was a jealous woman, however, and also sterile. Due to the unfortunate circumstances of Zane's conception and birth, combined with these traits of the wife, the wife grew to hate young Zane, regularly beating him when the husband wasn't around. Zane's wizard powers first manifested on a hot summer day when he was ten. The wife took Zane down to the river, and attempted to drown him. Before she could, however, the river froze with Zane's face just inches from being submerged. The horrified wife immediately fled the scene of the river, fearing that God had realized her intentions and sent a warning. For the next few years, the wife left Zane mostly alone. She feared what had happened at the river, but eventually, the memory faded, and she returned to the beatings and verbal abuse. And then, when Zane was 17, everything fell apart very quickly. One day, when the wife was particularly enraged, she came at Zane with a knife, slicing a deep gash in his arm. Fearing for his life, Zane lashed out with the incendiary powers that he had been secretly training ever since that day at the river. The wife, once again horrified by "her child"s power, fled the house and ran to the church, screaming that Zane was Satan himself. The church, of course, believed her, and immediately Zane was sentenced to death by burning at the stake. Prior to the execution, Zane was taken deep beneath the church by the priest, who carved a pentagram into his forehead and onto the back of each of his hands. Those scars remain, and they are Zane's only clue to the past. When Zane was tied to the stake, however, he did not give up and die. Taking control of the fire with the powers he knew he had, Zane burned the priest, and the ropes on his stake. Walking down the main street of town, Zane set each house he passed on fire, leaving no survivors and the city burned to ash. Zane remembers none of this. Not a single detail. All that remains are his powers. When Zane awoke in the forest, he was starving, and his head hurt. After coming to terms with the fact that his memory was gone, Zane wandered the forest for days, until he was crawling and on the edge of death. It was then that he met Hecate, a spirit taking the form of a red viper sent to join Zane on his quest to become a great wizard. Hecate led Zane to food, and then led him out of the forest, bringing him to Casthradia's capital. | @ Davonte Sorry but I need to ask you to change your powers: Bold = change it Cursive = depends Gravity Magic That is way too strong. Regeneration Magic Grants Kagutsuchi to heal wounds over time depending on how big and deep is affects the time that is required to heal. You might need to change that, IF that means that he can heal EVERY wound regardless of wether it is lethal or not. But if there are limitations other than time please add those. He's an intimidating man that no one would want to mess with. His past was a good one. He had a loving family as he grew up he decided to reach his goal as he went for his own path to become the most strongest Spartan. He lost his wife due to war. But he learned to be strong and live for his wife as he does what is right. Moving to Casthradia a while later, he met with the King and Queen as they became close friends and he used to serve them before he did Zuur.
