Not that I am aware of. Certainly nothing official. You would need to make it yourself.

The general pattern is that besides the main five characters and minor side characters outside the industry, people, shows and companies are based on something real. For Musani staff this is usually a compound of several people, sometimes taking appearance from one person and personality from another. While outsiders have one to one correspondence. Sometimes outsiders are compounds too, eg. GI staff being IG productions and JC staff.

Isn't that poster with long blond haired girl on moon (?) with Earth on background is reference to Sailor Moon or there is other series like that?
I noticed they show this poster many times
wonder there is some connection or this is just different anime?

It'd be interesting to dig around, since it looks like nearly every character is based on particular real people.

Anyway, Takezou Nogame is based on Takeshi Nogami. Although he was important in Mizushima's Girls und Panzer, Nogami's manga have remained niche, never adapated to anime. However, he was one of the people who started the current trend of military + cute girls manga and anime, with series like Panzer Fräulein Alteseisen, and Nogame's manga isn't quite so similar to anyone else's as it is to Nogami's. The character designs are recognisably modelled after his—look at the eyes; Aria is very similar to Shizuka from his current manga Girls und Panzer: Ribon no Musha. He also goes everywhere dressed in a grey kimono. Nogame isn't the only anime character based on Nogami, either, since Girls und Panzer had Takeko Nogami. You can only imagine the jokes Mizushima, Nogami, and Suzuki must share about these tributes ^_^

Most of his manga haven't been translated beyond a few scanlated chapters, but he is currently serialising Marine Corps Yumi, which is written by a U.S. Marine veteran and translator and is available for free in English. It's pretty funny.

I'll add to this. Takezou Nogame's "Sailor Suits and F3s" and "Third Aerial Girls Squad" are references to Takeshi Nogami's other manga Sailor Fuku to Juusensha and Shidenkai no Maki respectively.
